What do the following people all have in common?

All are novelists.

They all wrote stuff.

They are all mentioned in this survey.

Every one of thier names had a vowel in it!

Well... Chopin wasn't a satirist, Chekhov wasn't an illustrator, Brontë wasn't a philosopher, Orwell wasn't a poet and Austen wasn't a novelist (meow).

I don't know the names of any of these individuals and I really don't feel like looking them all up.

Well, I know that they aren't all novelists, illustrators, composers, satirists, philosophers or poets by trade. So I'm going to assume that they all died of TB.

That was my source. At the bottom of the page, there's a link to Deaths by tuberculosis.

"Deaths by tuberculosis" doesn't seem to exist. There is a List of TB victims but Jane Austen isn't on it.
