It depends on the trouble. The things that bother or upset me more I am likely to exaggerate. The things that I don't stress out over as much I will downplay. It's a matter of which things I cope better with and which I don't cope well with at all.

exaggerate! I like feeling things more intensely than I have to. Makes things more exciting.

More likely to exaggerate my troubles than anything else

This is a situational question, and deserves a situational answer; I have nobody to postulate my troubles to start with but if asked it depends on the person asking, I always downplay my troubles to my family if I open my mouth about my problems I get bombarded with all their problems besides not wanting to debate who’s problems are worse and who should get the most sympathy. But if genuinely asked by a friend, I may take the opportunity to feel sorry for myself but I do not exaggerate my problems.

*laughing out loud* Yep. I mostly do that on the net though. I'm not one of those drama queens you might see who is screaming and hyperventalating because her show is caught in the grating.

?

You think I scream and act dramatic in public? Nope. I only defend those who do. I might if I felt like I had to, but so far, I've never felt the need.

You feel a need to defend others? Are you Super Woman or maybe Wonder Woman? I’m sorry I am in a mood; I just cannot remember how many screaming and yelling surveys you have created. I am acutely aware of your liberal attitude about public behavior and can’t help but to poke fun at you! I really think you are neat-o and keen in a wacky kinda way! *laughing out loud*

I really feel compelled to defend rights. "No harm, no foul". If a behavior doesn't harm others or cause material damage, it can be left to happen with no ill effects. If the only ill effect is *cringe* *wince* "annoyance" of bystanders, then it's not worth putting a stop to it. Freedom is more important than feelings. Annoyance isn't a good enough reason to limit a freedom.

Oooh which leads me to want to rant about people objecting to others who are yelling/ticked off at inanimate objects, like pens that won't write..... ugh..... I must refrain.

I have dozens of examples in my deviantart journal, I am quite the problematic person. I could go on and on about what's wrong. Someone's glance could affect my whole day for better or for worse.

*laughing out loud* U funny!

U Complaining again? Lets have a screaming match and see who can hear the other first, a yell from California to Alaska a yell heard over thousands of miles. Here is what we do, tonight about 8:oo pm PST we go outside and yell as loud as we can and see if we can hear each other. *laughing out loud*

Downplay I guess. I have a tendency to not tell people when something is bothering me. *wry smile* Then again, I don't think I have much to complain about.

Er, um...either? I might exagerate to put a humoress spin on it, or I might down play it to not upset the apple cart...I think I'm usuall basically realistic about them.

Umm, neither. I tell it like it is. If anything, some people don't need to know everything so I'd downplay things or just say nothing.
