In more than four swallows. Big pills one at a time. Small two at a time, especially if they're the capsule (instead of solid) type. Always with some kind of liquid, coffee or juice mostly. |

Two big pills separately, two small pills at a time. So, in six swallows.

In three swallows - two big pills, two big pills, four small pills - with water. If I had to take them every day, I'd probably start taking more of them at once hopefully getting down to just one swallow. |

2 big pills in one swallow, 2 big pills plus all the small pills in another swallow ... with food. I have trouble swallowing pills with water/liquid. Food is so much easier for me. |

All at once with water/milk/energy drink/wine/sake/ or whtaever is handy at the time.! That's the way I've always done it. |

I'm not good with swallowing pills. I'd have to swallow each of the big pills one at a time, and then the little ones 2 at a time. It would take 6 swallows. Oh, and I'd definitely need water. |
