How often do you say sorry?

Twice daily, with water.

Not very often at all. I very rarely ever have anything to be sorry about.

Oh probably about once a day. I say it out of habit even if I don't have anything to be sorry about.

I think probably a lot more than I realize.

probably more often than i should. Far more than I should. I'm a pre-emptive I'm sorrier.

It's about once every 13.4 hours.

Once in a while. Usually it is sarcastic said out of sarcasm.

I say it when it's needful. There's no schedule to it. It might be daily, it might be less often.

I say it automatically upon someone running into me, even if it was obviously their fault. It's just that I'm very used to saying it because I know I can be a burden to be around.

Every time I feel I should and even sometimes when I feel I don't have to. I try to practice humility and courtesy as much as I can. Sometimes it comes across as me being a wimp, but I don’t care. I was raised with manners and taught to show respect.

Fairly frequently I say it. Apologizing seems best in many situations, and well, I screw up quite often--so I try to apologize when I feel the need.

Too many to count. Yes, I am a compulsive apologizer.

Why do people say sorry when they feel they don't have to? Is it a guilt thing?

If too many people say sorry too often, doesn't it begin to sound insincere? When people apologise to me and they have nothing to be sorry for, I feel like saying "No, you're not." How can you honestly feel sorry when you haven't done anything to be sorry for?

A lot. And I mean it, too.

I haven't been keeping track. More than once a year, less than once a day.

I'm not allowed to say it at work for the past few years..... Expressing empathy is the new apology. "That would be frustrating."

I say it at home pretty often.... I'm a clutz... and I don't know my own strength. I hurt people often.
