If you could make your spirit and some else's spirit switch bodies for a day would you do it?

I'm not sure I understand. Still. If what made up me was traded with someone else, I would still be me. I think it would be a bit easier to just trade shoes and walk a mile in them.

Not really--I would just be me in a slightly different shell, so how would it really feel all that different? I sometimes think about what it would be like to be someone else, like if my consciousness were combined with someone else's, including some aspects of their personalities, if not all of them. But if you only had your mind or spirit or whatever, and none of theirs, how would you really know what it was like to be them? Experiencing the lifestyle that someone else lives might be cool, but you don't have to switch bodies to do that.

We would be running up that hill with no problem.

I am certainly not sure, it sounds real scary, and I mean that unless you were totally aware of the responsibilities, obligations, and just the daily routine of the body you swap with goes through everyday, that one day could be a real hell. You also did not clarify if you have a choice of whose body you swap with or not, that would make a big difference. There are some interesting scenarios that come to mind but I really don’t want anybody taking my body for a spin, so I’d have to decline.

Kc you could swap bodies with Laura Bush and see all the hell that her husband George Bush puts her through

That is my point that IS real scary.

If you planned ahead of time who you would swap with, how the people near/around then would know in advance and know what the bodies needed (like low salt diets or whatever) then it might work out okay.

If I planned ahead of time i would swap my body with Nancy Pelosi in the White House so that I can kick Bush's

They would know all right in advance that hey' something here is going to happen and very soon and yes a low
salt diet would work out fine but with Bush a high energy diet would suit him just fine
