I'm sure there is an explanation, I just am not privy to it. |

Sure, there are various explanations for UFOs. I LIKE to believe there's life on other planets -- it makes for entertaining films and reading. |
Enheduanna | | posted 29-Jan-2008 11:48am |
Of course there is. I just don't think it has anything to do with them actually being UFOs. |

Yes. Active imaginations. |
romkey | | posted 29-Jan-2008 12:51pm |
Yeah... people like to make a big thing out of seeing things. People lie. People hallucinate. People don't know what the hell they're looking at half the time and tell themselves lots of stories about it that they actually start believing. You don't need to resort to byzantine stories about aliens in order to explain "UFO"s. |

If there was an explanation, they'd be FOs. |
cerealkiller | | posted 29-Jan-2008 2:10pm |
There obviously is an explanation. It's just what explanation you believe. Even UFO believers agree that 95% of sightings can be explained as "normal" events. It's the other 5% that no one agrees on. |

For each and every sighting, I believe there is some explanation. |

I think the Pope is involved, somehow. |

Yes, of course there is an explanation... |

somebody's behind it...and I know who it is |
| JessicaWoman99 | | posted 29-Jan-2008 3:37pm |
There just has to be a reason behind all these U.F.O.'s and now sightings down in Texas as well and yes
i have seen a UFO myself and they are quick and disappear fast unlike any helicopter |
| RGirl | | posted 29-Jan-2008 4:05pm |
Yes, but I may never know what the explanation is. There is an explanation for all of them. |

To much booze & to much time. |
Irene007 | | posted 29-Jan-2008 6:22pm |
I'm so iffy on that subject - funny thing is I was just watching a video about them on Youtube. I'm curious but I haven't seen anything to really convince me yet but I keep searching! |

Government planes, satellites, weather balloons which people think are UFOs. People with delusions which makes them falsely believe that they were abducted by them.
Yes, I think life exists on other planets, but that doesn't mean they're actually giving people anal probes just because some guy says they did. |
Melf | | posted 29-Jan-2008 8:01pm |
Why bother explaining something which doesn't exist? |
romkey | | posted 29-Jan-2008 9:22pm |
Swamp gas. The planet Venus. |
kcthedog | | posted 30-Jan-2008 12:16am |
Well......................yeah! They are "Unidentified Flying Objects" that explains it , do it!?
But I really do have an explanation! I have tried to tell the FBI, the CIA, and the USAF but nobody believes me, UFO’s are visitors from the future! They are here making videos for a “Real TV program” called “Leave It to Cleaver!” Featuring modern man and current technology and the development of brewing beer! Staring Cleat Fleetwood and Jeff Goldstein!

I don't believe there is some explanation, I believe there's a definite explanation (hint: unidentified). Once we identify what it is, there will be an explanation (although it might not be as exciting as some people might think it would be). |
cloudhugger | | posted 30-Jan-2008 11:41am |
If there was an explanation for it, it wouldn't be called an "Unidentified" flying Object, it would be called an IFO. |
cloudhugger | | (reply to nolove) posted 30-Jan-2008 11:44am |
Don't tell me, because than someone would have to kill me. |

Of course. There's all kinds of explanations. Most of them are wrong. |
