Not sure I'd fancy living the rest of my life waiting to develop cancer after the exposure to massive doses of radiation though

The little chant that was going around when I was little used that phrasing, in order to make the meter scan. The word more was required for the extra syllable in the meter. And by the way, you respectfully disagree. Respectively disagree is semantically incorrect, as respectively is used to refer back to a specific item in a list.
