Interesting, that is a good description of how it feels. I have also done the repeating a word thing, never knew there was a explanation for that either, thanks.

Back years ago I felt like I was living in a TV set. When I left, everything disappeared as I moved to the next scene. Meds and therapy more or less cured me... LOL

It's not all an illusion... but we bring a lot to what we see. We constantly tell ourselves stories, we filter what we see through our prejudices and past experience. Much of what we perceive is illusory.

Everything around me is starting to feel like an illusion can this be true ask myself , went to buy some milk and
to my surprise ?? they had my kind of milk instead of their store brand and all they had before back in December
and November no I cannot believe what is happening around me
Just more and more surprises seems like every week like what is this or what is that

Your question was good, but your comment made me think it was silly. By that I mean philosophically I can relate to reality being an illusion. But finding milk at the store is not a big stretch.

Whats this about milk? But yes! Very often i get this. I watch my fingers type the keyboard so quickly and it looks kind of fake actually.

Yes, when my mood has been WAY off kilter and that one time I did acid.
