  Did you barf in 2007?

In the year just ending, did you do the act known variously as barfing, puking, hurling, booting, doing the liquid laugh, rainbow retching, technicolor yawning, spewing, losing one's lunch, tossing one's tacos, throwing up or just plain vomiting?

No. I don't throw up very often---once a decade or less. Last time I threw up was when I was pregnant with James and drank rancid iced tea at a Friendly's in Connecticut. Before that, I don't recall. Maybe the time I got really drunk at a Christmas party and ended up puking in the bushes outside a club on Rt. 9. I was about 20 at the time.

You should mention it to your Dr, sometimes when I feel a hormone migraine coming on I rub some yam root cream ( which has natural estrogens in it) It works most of the time.

just look in this grocery store right here and they might have it
I do take Midol or Pamprin which seems to help me

I don't think you can find it at walmart, I go to a health food store, it's pretty expensive but it goes a long way.

I had a miserable bout of car sickness and was sick all over the dashboard of the car and on the side of the road and in a bag in the car. Once I started I couldn't stop. It was disgusting. In fact, I mentioned the story in forum and what's his name said something pretty mean, hurt my feelings and almost sent off SC all together.

Yes. It was the only occasion this year on which I had time off sick from work because the sluices were open at both ends. Often at the same time.

Yes. I have these what I can only describe as attacks of severe back pain, and twice this year it got so bad I threw up multiple times, and one time it got so awful that I had to use some of my ex-roommates pot. It was the only thing that worked, and good thing too because I had a major math test that day.

What is the deal with men and women? If you include only the people who are sure whether they did in 2007, 75% of the women who answered barfed, but only 31% of the men did.
