Santa is just folklore, but I wouldn't say he's actually Satan. |

Neither one exists, but the sameness of the letters is entirely coincidental. Satan comes from a Hebrew, and hence Semitic, word in which the letters are not actually phonetically identical to the letters in Santa as represented in the English alphabet. Santa, I believe, comes from Dutch sint, which in turn comes from Latin (and hence Indo-European) sanctus. The two words are completely unrelated. |

They are the same, well I will be dog gone goofed. I jsut saw some santa related stuff on TV, sort of a history of santa, and they showed in some other country these demon creatures that looked like they just got off the elevator from hell and they were called "elves". niiiiice |

Santa is Santa and Satan is Satan!
I can only imagine that you are attempting to solicit a humorous response, because to compare Santa to Satan is ludicrous, regardless of the similar spelling. Santa lives in the hearts and minds of innocent children and the young at heart. Satan on the other hand resides mainly in the minds of heartless, evil people. Neither can manifest themselves unless you take on their spirit in your mind and soul. I cannot find anything “cute” or “funny” to respond with.
My vote on this survey is BAD!
Not just because of the content, it is also poorly presented. If there was a point to your survey you could have qualified the question in such a manner to give it some creditability. The only point I can contrive is your attempt to slander Santa! I don’t like that! |

I think they are equally real. |
