Have you ever think that you are different from others? what difference?

For example everyday i become aware i think(i'm sure) that i was in another place but i can not remember it, all day long i think about it (and i have some unearthly feel ) but i can't remember.
Tell me/us what is it?
Promulgate your differences, Let me/us to know & think (or even understand) about your differences.

How many people are in there asking and what does promulgate mean? I would think that I am different because if someone can use a word like promulagte in a sentence can make a sentence make sense.
Maybe you fell down into a hole and the light is out. You can hear the voices but where are they? You can smell the sunshine, but it is nowhere to be found. you can taste the street, but you can't feel it. Hmmm, what's that on your head? Oh! The manhole cover! That's why you fell in the hole silly.

I feel different most of the time, though not in the oh-my-god-I've-had-past-lives way you describe.
Some of the time, the feeling different thing makes me feel special and unique.
Occasionally, it makes me feel alienated, like I don't fit in, and never will.
Somehow, I can both feel like I'm especially different and that most people are like me at the same time.
We're all different, and yet we're all the same, in our difference.

I think I understand, like today when I began my first day at work the task I was enforced to do where so mundane, boring, tiring, unstimulated so I slipped into deep thought while working because I was so bored doing the same things over and over for hours.

There should have been an option for that!

I think too many people lose track of the sameness part of that idea.

How am I "different" -- let me count the many ways. I'm an extreme introvert and nonconformist with a lot of "hippie" tastes and attitudes. What you're referring to above, maybe it could be bits of past lives coming to the surface? I've had many deja vu kind of feelings myself and have always thought that reincarnation could be a possibility.

I probably have a lot of things that make me different from most people, but there's nothing about me that's totally unique to just me. That would be weird. I'm the only person I know of that would get frequent derealization and enjoyed it rather than being afraid of it, but I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Oh gosh yes! When I was young (this is going to sound weird) I thought that I was a biological experiment, and that I was dropped off on earth from another planet. And that whoever was in control was manipulating my life. There was a movie like that made about a baby that grew up on a elaborate movie set with hidden cameras, directed from the moon and the show was put on TV. (I cannot recall the name) This invisible intelligence would create these crazy situations I encountered and would be watching to see how I reacted. Even my parents were in on it! I still look to see who is watching when I do something stupid!

I was very much misunderstood as a pup.

It's pretty common for kids at some point to imagine that everything exists for their own amusement, and that everyone else is in on this 'show' about/for them.
