| ultamate | posted 16-Nov-2007 10:08pm I'm a puppet on a string for some unseen force that tortures me for kicks. Indeed the joke in on me but I'm not laughing. |

| Amanda | posted 16-Nov-2007 11:45pm It's a big inside joke that I created. |

| Kristal_Rose | posted 17-Nov-2007 3:34am For the first decade of my spiritual awakening, it was like either they (the realm of saints) all knew something I didn't, or I (an enligtened person amongst mortals) knew something they didn't. Fortunately I've met many people between worlds since then and realize it's neither so black and white nor so significant. |
| Kristal_Rose | (reply to Amanda) posted 17-Nov-2007 3:37am Beautiful blurb you have on your SC bio. |
| Melf | posted 17-Nov-2007 5:57am Yes. Armando Iannucci questions this in the first of his shows. He finds out that people in pubs watching the football are hooked up to others telling them what to say, that mechanics find out the problem with a car as it's written on a big sign on the bottom, and so on. |
| bill | posted 17-Nov-2007 6:14am The big inside joke isn't that funny because the writers are on strike. |
| Crayons | posted 17-Nov-2007 12:58pm You mean other people feel the same way? Where? |
| JessicaWoman99 | posted 17-Nov-2007 3:21pm Yes i agree life is all one big joke and it sucks |
| RGirl | posted 17-Nov-2007 3:22pm I have most definitely felt this way. Usually when I am depressed or like the whole thing with my brother and his suicide. Things surrounding it, the timing was just weird. |
| Amanda | (reply to Kristal_Rose) posted 17-Nov-2007 11:09pm Thanks. |
| cabinfever | posted 18-Nov-2007 2:00am Hell yes. |
| cabinfever | (reply to bill) posted 18-Nov-2007 2:01am Yeah, but they've been on strike for a hell of a lot longer than Hollywood's writers. |

| kcthedog | posted 24-Nov-2007 9:23pm Yes, Yes, and Yes!
I have felt like a dummy that a comedian uses on stage to perform jokes, I have no control over what I say and I always end up on the bad side of the joke. Everybody is laughing at me and all I can do is stare blankly back at them knowing I got some dudes hand up my butt! |
| Iseult | posted 26-Nov-2007 9:07pm Sometimes. |
