| darkshadowsseeker | posted 1-Sep-2007 1:40am No, but that's because they are seldom, if ever available where I buy my stamps. I usually get them at either Fred Meyer or the Pak Mail next to Winco. |
| Melf | posted 1-Sep-2007 3:47am No. I very rarely need stamps, and we always have some in the house somewhere. |
| kirst | posted 1-Sep-2007 5:35am No, not normally. I think I might have bought the "Heroes of 2001" stamps and put them with a bunch of stuff I am saving for Claire. Not completely certain of that, though, since that stuff is at our house in the US. |
| bill | posted 1-Sep-2007 8:20am I have bought the breast cancer stamp, but not recently. I hadn't heard of the others. Right now, I want the Gerald Ford stamp. But, we still have a lot of Star Wars stamps to go through, so it might not happen. |
| mrmarm | posted 1-Sep-2007 8:44am I don't often or ever buy stamps in general. |
| Galomorro | posted 1-Sep-2007 11:25am Never heard of it. |
| romkey | posted 1-Sep-2007 12:17pm I buy the breast cancer stamps. |
| Enheduanna | posted 1-Sep-2007 12:28pm I occasionally buy the breast cancer stamps. I haven't for a while. Maybe I'll buy them next time I need stamps.
I think they're a good idea. |
| Biggles | posted 1-Sep-2007 2:46pm I have bought scout stamps before (and sold them). |
| RGirl | posted 1-Sep-2007 7:09pm I think I have done this once or twice, breast cancer and domestic violence I think. |
| they | posted 1-Sep-2007 8:23pm I never use stamps.
Online banking. |
| Enigma | posted 1-Sep-2007 9:17pm I don't live in the US but I think it's a great idea. |
| MacGregor | posted 2-Sep-2007 3:48pm No, but I'm not opposed to them. Right now I have the Tiffany stamps. They're nice. |
| gambler | posted 2-Sep-2007 8:46pm NO, never heard of them |
| LindaH | posted 3-Sep-2007 12:42pm Not sure, but I have gone semi postal. |
| cabinfever | posted 5-Sep-2007 3:37am I buy the breast cancer stamps. I think I'll rotate my purchases. Didn't know about the 'Heroes of 2001' stamps, and had forgotten about the domestic violence stamp. I think it's a great idea. Off the top of my head, one stamp I'd like to see is a Humane Society stamp. |
| cabinfever | (reply to they) posted 5-Sep-2007 3:39am I have online banking too, but there are some things I can't pay online and I have to send. |
| they | (reply to cabinfever) posted 5-Sep-2007 7:16am Why?
All I do is go in, type in the payee's name and account number and address, and my bank will cut them a check and mail it. |
| moviesnob | posted 5-Sep-2007 1:06pm I buy whatever they give me. |
| cabinfever | (reply to they) posted 5-Sep-2007 8:13pm My bank is in a small town (hole in the Earth) so it doesn't have billpay services yet... supposed to get it within the next year. My insurance company does not have e-pay, so I have to either mail it or drop it by the agent's office. My power bill can't be paid online either. |
