Proverb

Just wondering if you have a wacky proverb that you or someone that you know uses here and there. There was a similar survey done in 2004 but it was to go to a website and they 'build' one for you. I want to know if you already know of one. For example, one that I use is: "Go to bed with itchy butt, wake up with stinky fingers". * wink *

I don't think I have any. I have a saying of 'Never ask a question you aren't prepared to hear the answer to.' I don't know if that would be a proverb.

I can't think of any good ones right now. I think Ofthesoul had a survey that we totally went crazy with these in. I'd love to mince up one of my least favorite, most ignorant proverbs "Birds of a feather flock together". I can't stand that saying.
Good survey. Maybe I'll come up with something.
I think I had one like "A stitch in time is an anomaly in the space time continuum"

Yep, I think it is. My dad says that often... usually because he'll tell you like it is without mincing any words or sparing feelings.
