My girlfriend wouldn't kiss me if she knew what I've had to eat. |

I've had ratttlesnake, ground alligator tail in a burger, deer, bear, duck, pheasant, kangaroo (kangaroo soup in a can), calimari & escargot. I haven't had goat yet, but I'd like to try it. Unfortunately the one restaurant in town that served goat went out of business. |

On this list I'd say fried calamari (squid). Also have had shark steaks on the barbeque. |

Squid. YUM. Blues Central makes the best calamari. I need to go back there. |

I'm getting sick! I will never, willingly eat insects or worms. |

Deer, duck, goose, eel, squid, and octopus. I would eat grouse, pheasant, and goat (possibly I have had goat, but I can't remember), but I wouldn't eat any of the rest of these unless I was literally about to starve to death. |

I've eaten gator, deer, duck, goat, squid, & snake. |
CarolL | | posted 10-Jul-2007 11:07pm |
moose, duck, grouse (partridge in these parts), octopus. Nothing too 'out there'. I was talking with someone today and I said I would be interested in trying snake. No bones and I think I would like the texture. |

I've never eaten Otter...all those wales can't be wrong, can they? |

I think I had some alligator while on vacation... there was an exotic meat restaurant in Banff we went to. We got some fresh deer meat last year from our neighbor, and I've had venison a number of times before as well. I've had duck many times, either at a Chinese restaurant or other fancish restaurant. I think I've had goose too, once or twice. Eel is pretty common on the sushi I tend to eat (many times). I've had fried calamari (squid) a few times too. I'm not sure if I've had octopus, but it's possible. I'm pretty sure I've had pheasant and maybe goat. |

I've had deer, buffalo, squid, snails, fish eggs and that's about it that I recall. Everything else I eat I consider normal. |

Nothing creepy off this list. I don't think I have to describe creepy here. |
Zang | | posted 12-Jul-2007 1:05pm |
From the options, I've had deer, moose, bear, duck, goose, goat, eel, squid and octopus. I don't consider most of those to be particularly exotic. Duck? Squid? I could probably find dozens of stores and restaurants selling those within a five minute walk of my place.

I just eat whatever. I like to try new things. I figure if it doesn't kill other people it won't kill me. I actually had "real" Chinese "Birds nests soup" It was very expensive (apparently, I didn't order it)

You wanted to try NZ lamb? Do you still want to? Hate to boast, but I had that a couple of nights back. Yummy!! |

I wouldint mind wanting to try it again if the opportunity came back around. Is it that good? Damn I'm missing out then! |

I've had deer, duck, squip, octopus. That's about it from the list, I'm not much for eating exotic foods. |
