Among all the people who passed away and you used to know, whom you remember most?

I can't forget my grand-mother (mom's mother), she lived with us for about 6years, and I had about 14years when she passes away... I used to love her a lot and I have her pictures on my personal phone, my personal laptop, my room and everywhere I can.

A neighbor of ours who died a little over a year ago... it still just doesn't seem right that she's not there.

My Dad just passed away 7 months and 4 days ago and we were very close. There’s not a day that goes by that I don't think of him. In my head I have a picture of his hands and his blue eyes that is more detailed than any photo could ever be. I worry sometimes that the pictures in my head might start to fade, I pray they never do. When he was in the hospital I started a journal just about my Dad. I wrote every thing I ever remembered about him. There were some things I couldn't remember that I wanted to ask him about but he couldn't talk after the tumor was removed. I wish I had listened closer when he was able to tell me things. I miss him more than I have ever missed anyone before.

Is he the one that committed suicide? He was a really handsome man. Love those eyes.

I don't know that many people who have died, just my aunt, my grandmother, and a friend of my mom's. I guess I think about my aunt and grandmother the most, although it's not like I think about them all that often.

Well I'm not going to count my mom here because it's a no brainer for me that I would remember her the most. There was a guy named George that I knew through work, he did collections for us, he was the greatest guy. Had the best stories and he could get people to pay their debts without being ignorant or swearing or even being loud. Just a great guy, I'm actually surprised at how often I remember snippets of conversations with him.

I'd say cats I've loved and who died before their time. No humans. "Remember"? That would imply I might forget someone. "Think about" might be more accurate. I'd say no one. Once someone is gone they're gone.
Having a shrineto someone, having pictures all over the place is messed up in my opinion. We have no photos on display of anyone who has died.

No one's really died, except the hundreds of pets I had.

The way the question was worded, I wasn't sure if the SC meant just dead people or dead people and long lost friends you haven't seen in years. No one very close to me has died... yet. I have a feeling that will change soon.

On this day, 10 years ago, I found my boyfriend dead on my kitchen floor. I take this day off of work every year. I used to put a memorial in the paper every year but haven't for the last 3 years. His name was Scott. I will always remember him and feel lucky to have known him. He was the first person in my life that I knew cared about me. I also will remember my friend Ray. He died in his sleep. He was a great friend.

My husband of 33 years. I would give ANYTHING to have them back to share again with him. God I miss him!! He died on New Years day 2006, while we were lying in bed discussing the kids. Next thing I knew he was having a seizure & was calling 911. Worst day of my life!

Both my parents

My mother when I was 12 years old who was stabbed 32 times to death by my dad in a drunkin rage on Fathers Day, and a week into her 40th birthday.

My father when I was 17 years old who died on a tugboat when the cable that was pulling the barrage of sand snapped & struck him in the chest killing him instantly, & he wasn't even supposed to be working that day, a co-worker called him up & asked my dad if he could work that day for him, so weird!)

A friend who went with me to all my concert going craves (Craig) If I didn't love my husband ( David ) so much I would've dated Craig. He was so fun to be with.

Dam good survey! Brought a few tears to my eyes.
