| quark | posted 8-Jul-1997 12:26pm I tend to just go on random walks and see what happens. Sometimes I get a lot of time to myself. Sometimes I meet nifty people. Sometimes something totally unexpected happens. |
| ear | posted 8-Jul-1997 10:33pm Surf the net and read newsgroups. |
| hunter | posted 9-Jul-1997 1:09pm "Most often" I read or jack in (the social/solitary nature of that one is debatable. But I also do stuff in the other categories fairly regularly. |
| bill | posted 17-Jul-1997 9:56pm I don't really think of it as relaxing, but I when I get free time, I tend to use it playing computer games (solitary and passive). I do solitary and active exercise often, and it is relaxing but I do that more for health reasons and it's a kind of a work thing for me. Walking around is cool, though I do this with my wife, not alone. |
| graffin | posted 25-Aug-1997 10:43pm I walk the street, turning out ho's like bad peanut butter. |
| jcdino | posted 24-Sep-1997 8:19pm Kinda all of the above, kinda not... It depends on what I need to relax from. If I just want to relax in general, it could be just about anything, depending on my mood. If I'm stressed about something that talking about will help, then social, if I don't want to talk, then solitary. If I'm pissed at the world in general, then active, if not then generally passive. |
| fiore | posted 31-Oct-1997 4:35pm Working out I do for health not for relaxing. All the others I see as relaxing. |
| julie | posted 3-Nov-1997 12:28am sometimes I meditate and usually I SLEEP!!!!!!!! |
| mcarlos | posted 13-Nov-1997 2:23am actively sit passively |
| Jimmy | posted 17-Nov-1997 2:05am Kinda solitary like no one else around, kinda social like me and my man, kind active like . . . well, you get the idea. |
| Jaime | posted 17-Feb-1998 6:52am I find music playing/creation very relaxing. I usually get into the harmony and don't think for hours in any other thing... |
| Dolemite | posted 2-Mar-1998 3:53pm Lately I've been surfing the web or hanging out with friends. |
| Artemis | posted 19-Mar-1998 6:36pm All of the above. |

| daver | posted 13-May-1998 3:24pm Nothing like a good book (OK, almost nothing) |
| jjg | posted 17-May-1998 1:01pm I like zoning out in front of the tv. Totally passive. Of course I normally fall asleep. |
| lelle | posted 17-May-1998 6:24pm Depends. Usually solitary passive (book, computer). Sometimes a walk (alone or with someone(s)), sometimes hang out with friends... |
| reality | posted 26-Jun-1998 6:16pm considering I don't particularly like humans.. I tend to be non-social. if I want to truly relax, I may hang out with friends, but I would normally just go be alone somewhere dim (not dank mind you, just subdued light, bright light gives me headaches). |
| Biggles | posted 2-Aug-2006 7:38pm At the moment, mostly solitary and passive. It's hard being in a new city without any obvious way to meet people with similar interests and of a similar age. |
