Good and evil are so relative... things I consider good, some others consider evil. Things they consider good, I may consider evil. There's only grey. Does anyone truly think they're evil?

Nope, it doesn't work that way... sprinkle a little good on your evil and you still have evil. Sprinkle a little evil on your good and you have evil too. Good must be pure.

This is non applicable for me. If I had ultra powers, I would use them for my own benefit. I don't see my own benefit as necessary good nor evil.

I think it's pretty clear that many - most - people think they're good.

You sprinkle a little good on your evil and you have a combo of good and evil. The good is still there. Everything bad has an element of good in it.

I guess I'm thinking of significant actions... so, for example, if it was revealed that Mother Teresa also raped a few children, it would undermine all the good she may have done. Perhaps, "sprinkle" was a poor choice of word.

I see. It would change our view of her, lower respect for her as a person. It still wouldn't "undo" the good stuff, though. The good deeds themselves would have already occurred and are still just as good.

Evil is such a subjective word.

Of course. For instance, if I was in a cinema trying to enjoy a film and someone was talking loudly and kicking the back of my seat I think it's reasonable to suggest that I use my powers to teleport him out of the building and into the car park. It would be for the greater good. If was trying to be evil, I would've teleported him into a concrete wall.
