Do you take compliments well?

I think I usually take them pretty well. I have no problem with compliments, generally speaking.

Yes, I will accept them very graciously. I rarely believe that they are true however. A compliment is usually just a means to getting something.

I once heard that the only proper response to a compliment is "Thank You" and even if I feel undeserving I do respond this way. I feel if I say "not necessary" or something of that nature it may seem as if I may be fishing for more flattery.
