| blondie20 | posted 6-Mar-2007 1:37pm Yes, some little stuff. |
| LindaH | posted 6-Mar-2007 1:38pm I'm putting off big stuff, I'm okay with it, but I'm not okay with the fact I'm okay with it. On the other hand, I take objection to my own objection, so it's all good. |
| cerealkiller | posted 6-Mar-2007 2:34pm Right now? No. |
| bill | posted 6-Mar-2007 3:00pm There's some work I should do, but Survey Central is work for me, right? |
| LindaH | (reply to bill) posted 6-Mar-2007 3:28pm Only if there's glitches or some such. |
| Zang | posted 6-Mar-2007 3:40pm Yeah, I should be getting in the tub, getting dressed and going out and doing some shopping. No big rush. |
| bill | (reply to LindaH) posted 6-Mar-2007 4:04pm But, my scintillating personality enhances the site! My comments and surveys ensure that more and more people will be drawn to Survey Central! |
| LindaH | (reply to bill) posted 6-Mar-2007 4:26pm That too! |
| Amanda | posted 6-Mar-2007 5:04pm I should be cleaning and finishing some laundry. |

| Iseult | posted 6-Mar-2007 10:14pm Yes.
Plenty of things. I have three labs I should be working on. Readings for three courses. I need more sources for my paper. I also need to start thinking up ideas for my article reviews. I spent whole day today driving around with my friend and eating out at various places. |
| JessicaWoman99 | posted 6-Mar-2007 10:32pm I am putting off snacking and hot chocolate to be here |
| RGirl | posted 6-Mar-2007 11:33pm Some minor cleaning, that's it. I feel bad, but not bad enough apparently. |

| romkey | posted 7-Mar-2007 6:26pm I'm putting out sorting through a CSS problem for the theme I've been working on for a blog. I want to get this done so that I can release the blog, which is about software development issues. I want the blog done so that I can use it to write up some stuff I'm encountering as I work on the software I'm really trying to work on, and make a few cents from it. I'll also port the theme over to the other two blogs I keep. Not having this working is effectively stopping me from doing the software work I want to do, although if I can't get the CSS for this blog working I probably won't get the CSS for the other projects working, either.
I don't hate CSS as much as I hate the different ways in which different web browsers interpret it. Internet Explorer is so fundamentally broken in its CSS support that it's painful. |
| LindaH | posted 7-Mar-2007 6:35pm This survey reminded me to do laundry. yay! |
| Enigma | posted 7-Mar-2007 10:19pm No there isn't something else I should be doing right now. |
| LindaH | posted 7-Mar-2007 10:57pm Enigma's comment brought this survey back to the list and reminded me there was clothes in the washer. What would I do without you guys? |
| SueBee | posted 9-Mar-2007 2:54pm Yes! There's always something I'm putting off doing if I'm here (which is why I'm not here more often). Right now I need to go do some shopping. I really need to get it done before the Friday afternoon rush starts... |
| SueBee | (reply to bill) posted 9-Mar-2007 3:05pm Hi bill! Obviously I haven't been around for awhile, and you've been making improvements. What does a Q next to someone's name mean? And what's the little check box for next to the "reply" link? |
| bill | (reply to SueBee) posted 9-Mar-2007 3:39pm The The checkboxes in Surveys, next to each comment, allow you to reply to multiple people. Just click each person you want your comment to be in reply to and submit it... It's nice to see you around again. How is your SO? (she was sick, last I heard) |
| SueBee | posted 9-Mar-2007 7:35pm Cool! You are always coming up with the greatest ideas.
Ellen is doing great! Thanks for asking. She wasn't sick, per se, but having difficultly healing after some surgery complications. It took seven-and-a-half months and three surgeries, but she is finally all healed! Now we are looking forward to doing the things we couldn't do last summer -- camping, canoeing, swimming, hiking. I'm so happy the weather is warming up! It's looking like spring around here, with flowers blooming and trees starting to turn green. How are you and Jen doing? |
| caviartaste | posted 9-Mar-2007 11:25pm i should be:
decluttering my house cleaning out stuff to get ready for a spring yard sale going back to Curves regularly pruning out the monkey grass in my yard cutting my grass planting some new shrubs and various yard plants for spring digging up some old stumps in the yard we killed in the fall water-proofing an area in my basement that has a small leak having a gutter installed on the side of my house that contributes to said leak finishing stripping the baseboards in my hallway with paint removal gun painting the hallway getting estimates on painting the house getting estimates on remodeling the kitchen deciding which project between those two biggies to tackle first I know that starting tomorrow morning - i will start chipping away at some more of this ....but GOD....it seems like so much....i am just SO OVERWHELMED right now..... my dog is dying and my mother just had a total knee replacement surgery so I've been taking care of BOTH of them....and did i tell you guys that i just got a new job in another department at my company? I don't even know when I will start yet. My current department is at a disadvantage b/c i am the only one who really does what i do - so it could be a long time before they let me transition to the new position. I will have to train my replacement. I've been holding it together pretty well, i think. Maybe i'm piling so much on so i won't have to think about all the changes? I dunno....it seems to help when i feel productive, but when I don't - it feels like too much. I'm trying to figure out how to get my balance back while maintaining a good steady flow of "something to keep me busy". Does that make sense? |
| gambler | posted 11-Mar-2007 5:52pm im doing what i should be doing |
| cloudhugger | posted 13-Mar-2007 10:04am I have a client in an hour, I can't put it off, but I seem to keep doing 'just one more survey...' for the last half hour. |
| cloudhugger | (reply to caviartaste) posted 13-Mar-2007 10:08am Yes, it makes sense, before SC I would have just taken a nap. |

| Luke777 | (reply to FordGuy) posted 21-Mar-2007 12:41pm Whoa there buddy, you on meds? |
| FordGuy | (reply to Luke777) posted 21-Mar-2007 1:34pm Nope - just hate dirty trucks. That's my biggest problem with running in mud bogs - it takes forever to get the stuff off. Trust me - I already do the park it in the sprinklers gig. |
| SueBee | posted 12-Apr-2007 2:13pm My taxes! |
| cabinfever | posted 20-Apr-2007 3:26am Yes... but I regularly put off crap to come play at SC. I do feel bad about it sometimes. I should be working on more unpacking of the house and looking for a job. |
| cabinfever | (reply to kitti723) posted 20-Apr-2007 3:31am Me too! |
| kitti723 | (reply to cabinfever) posted 20-Apr-2007 5:25pm If I'm ever in your neck of the woods we'll have to get together for some tea. But I must warn you ahead of time, I most likely be unhygienic and unable to pay for my own tea & the conversation maybe lacking since I don't really care about much these days. |
| cabinfever | (reply to kitti723) posted 20-Apr-2007 6:12pm I got a job today!! So if you are ever up here, I'll buy you a cup of tea... or a latte... or a soda... And I might even make the effort to take a shower a few days before you come up so I don't smell too bad.... |
| kitkat | posted 15-May-2007 12:13am Just the dinner dishes, but they can wait. It's not like I won't have clean dishes available for the next meal. |
| LindaH | posted 15-May-2007 12:28am Does anyone want to come up here and help me clean out old storage clutter? anyone? |
