| Enheduanna | posted 26-Feb-2007 10:05am I'll say yes, although my highlighter is a sort of pencil-crayon thing, not a marker. I think it's called a drylighter. Anyway, I use it all the time. |
| gambler | posted 26-Feb-2007 12:22pm Rarely, I use it to highlight Public holidays on my staff's punch-in cards so that I do not forget when it comes time to pay them |
| Cain | posted 26-Feb-2007 12:23pm I did in universitiy - I would use pens to highlight relevant chunks of information on science and psychology papers. |
| mandy | posted 26-Feb-2007 12:56pm Yes. |
| Iseult | posted 26-Feb-2007 1:06pm All the time. |
| Zang | posted 26-Feb-2007 1:46pm I have. It isn't something I do habitually. |
| autumnlight | posted 26-Feb-2007 5:02pm I used to a lot when I was a student. I liked green and yellow. |
| kirst | posted 26-Feb-2007 5:24pm Yes, but not recently. I used them a little bit when I was at college. I'm not a big highlighter, though. I'd rather just make notes in pencil, if needed. |
| filiasan | posted 26-Feb-2007 6:01pm I used to a lot when I was a student. I loved green and bright blue. But now it's rare. I don't need it anymore. And most of the stuff I read is online. |
| hypersky | posted 26-Feb-2007 7:32pm Almost every day, when I read contracts and memos, I highlight passages that I know I have to remember or that I'll have to refer to later on. The sad part is that my computer screen is full of pink and yellow lines. |
| RGirl | posted 26-Feb-2007 11:50pm Sometimes but I did a lot of it in school. |
| Amanda | posted 27-Feb-2007 12:51am I did this a lot when I was in school. Now, I do sometimes, but not often. |
| ROCKMAN | posted 27-Feb-2007 5:10am Yes, I use them all the time in marking lines on statements and a lot of other papers thet I want to find a certain line on sometime in the future. I use all the different colors that are shown above too. |

| Enheduanna | (reply to ROCKMAN) posted 27-Feb-2007 9:36am OK! |
| autumnlight | (reply to ROCKMAN) posted 27-Feb-2007 10:36am I used to write in blue, so I thought it was a bit boring. If I was in a girly mood I'd use pink lol. |
| mve17 | posted 27-Feb-2007 3:12pm I hate the things. They just smudge the writing across the page and make the highlighter turn black. Damn them. |
| blondie20 | posted 27-Feb-2007 3:19pm Rarely. |
| cloudhugger | posted 27-Feb-2007 8:53pm Yes, they trahs what ever you use them in, but they 'highlite' just dandily. |
| cloudhugger | (reply to hypersky) posted 27-Feb-2007 8:54pm And 'white out' too? |

| ROCKMAN | (reply to autumnlight) posted 28-Feb-2007 5:47am I'm not girly by any means but I have used a pink one a time or two. |
| ROCKMAN | (reply to mve17) posted 28-Feb-2007 5:49am > I hate the things. They just smudge
> the writing across the page and make > the highlighter turn black. Damn them. > Must be using the wrong kind of ink and/or marking it way to soon after writing. |

| hypersky | (reply to ROCKMAN) posted 28-Feb-2007 7:46pm > I'm not girly by any means but I have used a pink one a time or two. NEWS FLASH: Rockman displays latent homosexual and/or communist behaviour! Admits to having used pink highlighter, therefore he is either a commie sympathizer or a jerk! EXTRA EXTRA!!!! |
| they | posted 28-Feb-2007 8:37pm I use them at work sometimes. I go through paperwork that I'm about to enter data from and mark everything that I need to pay close attention to when entering. That way, the data entry part of it is a breeze.

| ROCKMAN | (reply to hypersky) posted 2-Mar-2007 5:38am You know I don't own a damn thing that is pink though, well except that highlighter, but that came in a package deal. |
| hypersky | (reply to ROCKMAN) posted 3-Mar-2007 7:59am Sure...that's what guys like you say to cover their secret. I bet you really wanted the pink highlighter and you bought the package deal to conceal that fact. |
