| Jody | posted 21-Feb-2007 10:40am It's a shame she died. It's a shame her son died. I think she deserved some amount of her deceased husband's estate, goodness knows there's plenty of it. Was she a gold-digger? Probably. Was I kind of grossed out in a fascinated sort of way when I was channel surfing and tripped over the TV series that focused on her life of wretched excess? Sure. I even watched for a few minutes at a time until I could no longer comfortably watch her larger-than-life activities. I guess the saddest thing is wondering what people will remember about her in a few years? What differences will she have made? And who is the father of her baby anyway? |
| FordGuy | posted 21-Feb-2007 11:02am Too many people are too worried about money. |
| Iseult | posted 21-Feb-2007 11:07am I don't know. A bit of a shock. |
| Amanda | posted 21-Feb-2007 11:13am I just wonder what will happen to her daughter. People are coming out of the woodwork claiming to be the father. I think they're being motivated by money. |
| Amanda | (reply to Jody) posted 21-Feb-2007 11:15am There's a lot of people that think she didn't deserve any of her husband's estate. But, I agree with you. I'm sure she didn't marry him for love, but he also knew that. He was just as guilty as she was. He wanted a hot, young woman and he got that. I wouldn't say she deserved all of it, but at least some. |
| bill | posted 21-Feb-2007 11:36am tragicomedy |
| LJD | posted 21-Feb-2007 11:43am I feel, as when anyone passes, ....sad. She died as she lived....on the edge. I feel, in part, she died of a broken heart from her son's passing. And you can never dismiss the possibility of a possible homicide. As the President said recently...."money trumps everything". There is a big money at stake here. I'm really interested in knowing who fathered her daughter. I hope this isn't dragged out for years, for the daughter's sake. It just seems suspicious, that her son died, and then she dies....then a daughter is born, naming the boyfriend as father. I would think the lawyer boyfriend would have made sure she had a good will to protect the daughter. Something is just not quite right about this case. |
| gambler | posted 21-Feb-2007 12:07pm *shrugs* ............... another tale of squandered oppurtunities, wasted money, wasted life |
| thecomic22 | (reply to LJD) posted 21-Feb-2007 12:09pm Yea, i believe it's money motivated myself. Note that there are, as Amanda said, people coming outta the woodwork claiming to be Dannielynns dad. I think if there just wasint millions at stake, you wouldinta' have seen hide nor hair of any of these sperm don- um, i mean ''dads'' I do feel bad she died. Tragic. |
| Maarten | posted 21-Feb-2007 12:22pm Wow... great options!
Anywho... it's sad for her family and friends. And her daughter. I hope her daughter is physically and mentally ok by the way. Here's Anna Nicole 8 months pregnant of her daughter. That can't be good for an unborn baby! http://www.brightcove.com/title.jsp?title=51437986... |
| thecomic22 | (reply to Maarten) posted 21-Feb-2007 12:24pm Thanks. |

She entertained the hell out of me. She will be missed. |
| they | (reply to Maarten) posted 21-Feb-2007 1:43pm I posted that one too! She seems so sweet and naive in such a drugged state, doesn't she? |
| dab | posted 21-Feb-2007 2:09pm That she sure lead a fudgeed up life. Since then, I'm astonished at the amount of press coverage of someone who was so not newsworthy. |

| southernyankee | posted 21-Feb-2007 2:59pm She probably abused some kind of drug (even if it weren't an illegal drug, it s still a drug). Wow, what a shocker that she died, whats next; be surprised the next time one of the Kennedy's dies at an early age. |

| CGTREE | posted 21-Feb-2007 4:17pm I don't have any thought about it. I didn't even know who she was till she died. |
| cabinfever | posted 21-Feb-2007 5:27pm Not that I really care, but it was surprising, especially so soon after her son's death. And I also wonder what is going to happen to her newborn little girl. |
| Maarten | (reply to they) posted 21-Feb-2007 5:35pm How about a complete idiot? To be that high on drugs while you're pregnant. |
| they | (reply to Maarten) posted 21-Feb-2007 5:41pm Well, I thought the idiot part was understood.
She was almost surely on methadone and who knows what else... Hell, I've never been so high that I acted like a 4 year old child. It was interesting that Howard brought up 'shrooms... do you think that's what she was on? The tone he used with her when he said, "I'm kidding!" also struck me as kind of odd. I read a book once about different types of toxic personalities... One of them was called something like "the kidder"... a person that makes derogatory statements, but then claims it was all a joke when they get called out. His tone reminds me of 'the kidder'. He wasn't saying anything derogatory at the moment, it just rubbed me wrong. |
| Maarten | (reply to they) posted 21-Feb-2007 5:54pm I'm not sure what she was on. Looked more like alcohol and something else. Usually people get happy from mushrooms.
And why was her face painted like a clown??? |
| they | (reply to Maarten) posted 21-Feb-2007 5:57pm I know!!
It's surreal. I've never done shrooms, but would assume it's a lot like LSD... and she doesn't seem to be tripping. I'm really, sincerely disappointed that she will not be around anymore to entertain me with her constant shenanigans..... I'm hoping for more of the stolen video and photographs to make their way online. |
| hypersky | posted 21-Feb-2007 6:31pm I'm not affected by her passing itself, but the whole media circus is making me uncomfortable. Let her and her implants rest in peace. |
| Maarten | (reply to hypersky) posted 21-Feb-2007 6:36pm SHE HAD IMPLANTS?????? |
| hypersky | (reply to Maarten) posted 21-Feb-2007 6:38pm I dunno really, just guessing... |
| Zang | posted 21-Feb-2007 6:38pm Initially, my thoughts were: "Who?!!" Later, it inspired this survey: http://surveycentral.org/survey/26420.html |
| Maarten | (reply to hypersky) posted 21-Feb-2007 7:03pm Nah... you must be mistaking. |
| Anderz | posted 21-Feb-2007 7:21pm Sad. People shouldn't die at a young age like that. |
| LJD | (reply to thecomic22) posted 21-Feb-2007 7:54pm Yes, her death is tragic. It's so sad she'll never know her daughter, and her little daughter will never know her mother. What I fear, and others have stated the same....I just hope nothing happens to the baby. I just wish they'd go through with the DNA soon, find out who the father is...but I don't believe Stern will let that happen., he has too much to lose. What a mess! |
| RGirl | posted 21-Feb-2007 9:34pm She was still pretty young so too bad for that. I'm curious to know the cause of death. I think it's sick people actually fought over her body until it was decomposing. |
| RGirl | posted 21-Feb-2007 9:38pm Margaret Cho did a really funny thing on her stand up Revolution. Now it's sad to think of it. |
| JessicaWoman99 | (reply to Anderz) posted 21-Feb-2007 10:49pm > Sad. People shouldn't die at a young age like that.
And yet they do die at a very young age and it does not matter if you are in your 20,s 30,s or 40,s death will get us before we know it and for some reasons unknown like drug use or poor health Or just natural causes or some kind of disease or something and I do consider myself very lucky and fortunate living long enough to be in my 50,s 51 and I myself have had many brushes with death and it could have been my time |
| hypersky | (reply to Maarten) posted 21-Feb-2007 10:57pm I must have been dreaming it. So her breasts were each the size of a small car, that can happen naturally, right? |
| llamamama | posted 22-Feb-2007 12:14am I didn't care. I initially thought, "Ooh, that lady who married the really old guy's dead..hm.." |
| cloudhugger | posted 22-Feb-2007 2:37am Her death was as tragic as her life. I have no more thought on the matter. Except for my two cents worth about her being compared to Marilyn Monroe, oh please! Not hardly. Too much drama about her life and far too much drama for her death. |
| thecomic22 | (reply to LJD) posted 22-Feb-2007 8:31am I think it's for publicity, If they had really wanted the results already, they could have. The more it's put off the more the public wants to know. I mean think about it, when we find out, within a month we will have forgotten the whole thing. But as long as it's delayed again & again the more we wanna know. Thats what i think. Like you've said i think it's odd that she & Daniel died within months of each other. I smell a rat. |
| jettles | posted 22-Feb-2007 8:36am very sad and becoming a circus. i can't decide if she would have liked this or not?! |
| thecomic22 | (reply to RGirl) posted 22-Feb-2007 8:55am > She was still pretty young so too bad for that.
> I'm curious to know the cause of death. I think > it's sick people actually fought over her body > until it was decomposing. Thats what i thought too. ugh. I honestly believe they would have fought till there were was nothing left of the poor woman, if need be. |
| Maarten | (reply to hypersky) posted 22-Feb-2007 10:16am Yes, like this girl. She's naturally gifted.

| Enheduanna | posted 22-Feb-2007 5:43pm I think she killed herself. It's kinda sad, but it's getting really overblown. |
| LJD | (reply to thecomic22) posted 22-Feb-2007 5:59pm I agree, I smell a rat.....one of them is a lawyer rat....if you know what I mean. But, then again, who knows?? Yes, it has become quite a circus....and the most innocent, the baby daughter, will be paying the price, probably throughout her life. |
| hypersky | (reply to Maarten) posted 22-Feb-2007 8:04pm Pretty good for someone with titanic whatchamacallems. I prefer a more humbly proportioned chassis myself. |
| Maarten | (reply to hypersky) posted 22-Feb-2007 8:08pm Examples? |
| hypersky | (reply to Maarten) posted 22-Feb-2007 8:26pm For example:
Elizabeth Hurley
Sheryl Crow
Beyonce Knowles
Shakira
Halle Berry
|
| RGirl | (reply to Maarten) posted 22-Feb-2007 11:59pm Now that just looks uncomfortable! |
| Enigma | posted 23-Feb-2007 9:05am I think it's a shame everyone is equating her to Marilyn Monroe. I see no real similarity in their lives except she attempted to look like her as have many. I know twenty people that started off poor and aren't poor anymore, big deal.
I don't follow these kinds of things but I have friends that excitedly update me whether I like it or not. Last I heard her body was deteriorating so badly they stopped the trial to have a viewing. What a shame things end up like this. Hopefully someone will love that little girl for who she is meant to be and not the fame she may bring. That's all I can think of. |
| Maarten | (reply to hypersky) posted 23-Feb-2007 9:20am Merci! |
| Maarten | (reply to RGirl) posted 23-Feb-2007 9:21am I think so too. This is just too much. |
| Enigma | (reply to Maarten) posted 23-Feb-2007 10:00am Has your avatar been censored? It's just a black rectangle to me. |

| anna7 | posted 23-Feb-2007 11:50pm I said something bad would happen to her because so many young people adored her and watched her life, and she lived her life so wrong. I felt so sorry for her, she was such a messed up person, she truly was. |
| ROCKMAN | posted 24-Feb-2007 8:57am I always kinda liked her, but I wish they would drop it now. Damn it is on the news all the time. |
| Cain | posted 24-Feb-2007 10:43am A shame. She seemed to have been on the right track to turning her life around. |

| kitti723 | posted 15-Mar-2007 3:23pm Sad. She was exploited and addicted and I don't know too much else about her I do feel sad for her and her daughter. I do think she was a beautiful woman. |
| docgbrown | posted 18-Mar-2007 6:26am I feel bad for her and for those who loved her. She was too young to die. |
| autumnlight | posted 21-Apr-2007 5:36pm Sad but inevitable. What's sadder is the grapple to be the father of her baby now it has inherited millions, when none of them would have given a crap before. |
| falkensmaze | posted 27-Apr-2007 12:08am I more concerned about the future of her baby daughter. |
| kitkat | posted 15-May-2007 1:43am No thoughts whatsoever. |
