Everybody have fun tonight, everybody Wang-Chung tonight. What does Wang-Chung mean?

I don't even have ideas for options.

If I remember my eighties properly, it means 'Dance Music'. But only when pronounced the exact way it is pronounced in the song.

Not enough votes. Someone will eventually forget to rate it.

I recall when the band Wang Chung first became popular, someone said that their name means "perfect pitch". I doubt they mean anything about singing or baseball - I always assumed it just meant they wanted people to listen to their music. And their album "Warmer Side of Cool" was much better than the album with the aforementioned song on it.

Wang-Chung is a traditional dish usually found on the northern part of the mainland of Japan. It's mostly prepared with duck, but beef or chicken can be substituted. So the song, in essence, is telling everyone to eat wang-chung.

It's the sound of a guitar being strummed....by someone...with big hair....in an 80's pop band.

Isn't it just the name of the band that did the song?

The first three things he/she? had to say were all pretty jerky, even if they weren't directed at me, so i just figured it was better not to be annoyed in the first place.
