  Do you laugh often?

I happened to come on this site...learned it over my favorite radio channel. I know laughter is healing. While listening to the show, the gentlemen was stating an exercise that was interesting. While in my car, driving down the street, I was doing the exercise. I did feel better. The exercise was....while holding with your fingers against your navel, make short spurts of laughter. I only heard a few minutes of the show, immediately become interested. When I came home, I found this man's internet site. He has a great site...this is for cardio exercise, stress resolve, the overall body health...and very, very simple. I wanted to share with you, very simple exercises for your overall health.

Check out this site....excellent

Yeah, but I don't have to deliberately make bursts of laughter like that. I just find everything funny.

Thou shalt not bear false laughter against thy neighbor.

The Baptist people across the street commit this sin all the time. False laughter at everything people say when inside they could care less. Don't have the heart to tell them they're gonna fry in hell for that.

I personally am guilty of thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife though. She is a hottie and I'd most certainly put up with her false laughter to get in her.

I'm not sure what the point of the explanation is. It seems more like you used a survey to provide a link to some bullcrap site. But, yeah...whatever works.

They also seem to be childish, giggle alot and spend too much time with each other.

I'd buy a Stepford Wife. No doging, actually cooks and does housework.

"Honey, come over here and give me a lollipop". "Yes Dear"...........

I laugh manically when I'm alone. I laugh loudly amongst others. I snigger when something funny happens in class.
I also guffaw, chortle, chuckle, and giggle quite often.

Amanda, the object is the exercise of simple laughter is good cardio, good for high blood pressure. This fellow in the video I will be teaching techniques on the radio. I did his exercises, and felt better. If people naturally laugh, are upbeat, that is very healthy, but you see many people rarely laugh. When I saw this video, I felt others could benefit.

Laughter really is healing. It helped me get over the stomach flu in three days. But faking laughter just won't do. It doesn't have to do with laughing, itself, but how you feel when you're doing it.

I don't like to fake anything. I'm real.
