I didn't check SC much because other things (my email) were not working and it all comes from the same place. I mostly just didn't use the net. It turns out I don't enjoy it much unless I can edit it.

I only checked SC once by mistake. OTOH, I had a constant ping running to the system it's on, since that's my net "home". I've stopped twitching only recently...

I caught up on it while I was waiting for UUNET to call me back about the network link. The server was never down, but the connection to the Internet was down for an unacceptably long time.

Let's see, I checked to see if SC yesterday, but it wasn't. Then the day before I checked to see if SC twice, and it hadn't the first time, but by the second time it definitely SC. Don't know what I'm talking about? Good, me neither. :(
