Yes, I do, although I never really feel all that hungry. However, I eat a little something because it's healthy, usually a small bowl of cereal, or single piece of buttered toast with yeast spread (Marmite), or peanut butter.

Yes, but sometimes it's a crappy one. Like today, I had a piece of toast with butter at home, and at work I'm having a piece of pumpkin pie with some tea.

I eat breakfast every day, yes.

To be very literal, unless you fast for the day, you break your fast every day. But yes, I eat what would commonly be identified as breakfast soon after I rise in the morning.

If breakfast is defined as the first meal I eat on any given day, then I always eat breakfast. I don't always eat breakfast foods for the first meal of the day. Sometimes I eat them for the last meal of the day. I also keep odd hours. I worked an afternoon shift yesterday and didn't get much sleep the night before, so I was tired when I got home at 8:00 PM. I was in bed asleep not long afterwards. (Fried up and ate some trout first.) I woke up early, about 2:30. I'm going to try to have a bit of a nap before I go to work at 3:00 PM. In the meantime, I've had a couple of cups of tea and I made a big pot of chicken broth with some Chinese vegetable (the name of which escapes me at the moment, suffice it to say that you probably have never heard of it anyway...) and I'm eating that right now (with a little soy sauce and some Thai fish sauce).

Usually. When I have the ingredients I like to make my own smoothies. Otherwise it's coffee and vitamins first then a later small "brunch" of whatever's in the frig, like leftovers, heated up. I have a small appetite.

No, and before you lecture me... I know I should.

I'm more a brunch type. Coffee first thing is fine, but solid food has to wait.

About once or twice per week.

Usually I get up around 7... and don't eat anything until at least 2 or 4 in the afternoon.
