Women: Do YOU prefer women who shave their legs?

Why should I care?

I don't mind unshaven legs, but I do find smooth ones sexier.

I don't know if I prefer women who shave their legs. I know that shaving/removing-hair-from ones' legs is a royal pain, and as a result I exfoliate my legs as seldom as possible as a result. It's just not worth it. And there's something *under* the leg-shaving that is akin to foot-binding, corset-wearing, and other looks-driven value in our culture. It seems icky to me that people may judge me based on the hairiness or not-hairiness of my legs - which makes me even more recalcitrant to comply with this cultural norm.

Oh, I agree; I'm totally morally opposed to women "having" to shave their legs. But what can I say, the conditioning worked on me anyway.

I like to have clean shaven legs. Hair on other women is their business. If my SO grew her leg hair and never shaved, it would make absolutely no difference to me.

I don't like shaving, but I can't stand my legs when they aren't smooth. It's not really my business what other women do with their bodies, although it does bother me when I see a woman and she has hairy legs, but it's not my body and I don't have to deal with it.

how about I am a woman so my vote don't count here.

I like texture. I don't de-hair my own legs, but I like the way slightly fuzzy legs feel.

it bothers me if they aren't wearing pants or a long enought skirt in public b/c then i have to hear other people going on and ON about how "gross" it is... otherwise, i truly don't care

I feel that it's a woman's own choice, but I do think women look more attractive without hairy legs. I can't stand it when mine are prickly.

While we've all come to accept the shaven female form as normal, it's far from it. I've actually heard commentators on TV and in real life say things like "YUCK!" when they see a women with unshaven armpits.

Hey, I like a nicely shaven supermodel as well as the next guy (or girl) but it really wouldn't matter to me.

I HATE having hair on my legs, I will take a shower before I go to bed if my legs are hairy. I feel the same about other women.

I guess as long as I don't have to look at overly hairy legs, it doesn't matter much to me. What a strange question.
