| Biggles | posted 12-Aug-2006 6:57pm I grew up a few miles from the Pennines, and have been to the Grampians (in Scotland - Ben Nevis and others). I went up a mountain in India to visit kodaikanal. I've also been to Cumbria (England) but am not sure if there are mountain ranges there. I think that I have been to Snowdonia (Wales) as well, but am not certain which of the mountain ranges that I visited there. |

Though one of these days..we are going to drive across the bloody state to go to the mountains..because I seriously need to get out more. The Blue Ridge mountains look perty though.. |

Black Hills, Ozark, Rocky Mountains... and the Pacific Coastal Ranges. I don't know if the Cascade Range is included in the Coastal Ranges, but I live in the Oregon Cascades. |
