I hadn't heard of it until I saw it on the list of surveys, so I researched it on Google before clicking the link for this survey.

It's essentially a dietary fiber supplement. They cost about 70 cents a capsule. I'm pretty sure that a box of Raisin Bran would work out a lot cheaper.

Now that I know it's a diet pill, my advice is don't waste your money on TV weight-loss products because they are a sham. Diet and exercise are the only way to go to lose weight and keep it off forever.
