No gender or sex does. Morality is associated with religion. Ethics are principles encompassing a wider reach.

But most religions are patriarchal in nature.

Certainly not transsexuals Actually I would say both men and women -- only those who feel a need to control others. I have always been rather baffled by this impulse in people. What's the point? I vigorously deny the right of anyone else to administer my morality.

other - Men (at their traditional best) carry on as mutually respectful kings of their own castles and set standards for recognition. Think: spotlight focus.
Women (at their traditional best) carry on as a solidaritized lioness den and set standards for acceptance. Think: ambient awareness. Generally men enforce conduct and women enforce motive.
