| vanadium | posted 17-Feb-1998 2:41pm INFP, Healer. Of course, the test reflects more of who we want or perceive ourselves to be than who we are in many cases. Which gives me the idea for a survey..... |
| KenShingo | posted 17-Feb-1998 6:11pm INTP, I agree jen, I took it a lot of times and got inconsistent results, but INTP seemed most prevalent |
| steve | posted 17-Feb-1998 6:12pm I agree that I tend to be hyper-rational, so NT is probably correct. However, the explanation of INTJ seems to want to make me some kind of demon of organization, and anyone who knows me will tell you that that's ridiculous. |
| hunter | posted 17-Feb-1998 9:07pm Hunh. I got INFJ. I usually get ENFP. That's funny. Of course, I hate these things, because they ask questions like "Are you: warm-hearted or level-headed?" Yes. Bleah. |
| Twanger | posted 17-Feb-1998 10:26pm INFJ. Though very close to being rational instead of idealist. interesing dichotomy, but definatly true. |
| RacerX | posted 18-Feb-1998 12:47am ISTP... I was too lazy to read what that meant, though. I didn't like the way that test was written. |
| bill | posted 18-Feb-1998 8:09am INTJ - "Mastermind" *** - Wow, a bunch of I's, I guess that shouldn't be a surprise; also, N's. I's and N's are supposed to be rare, not on the 'net I guess. |
| gilly | posted 18-Feb-1998 1:23pm INFP. I think I used to be INFJ - interesting how that changes. |
| Dolemite | posted 18-Feb-1998 8:01pm Another shameless plug. I mean...Another perfect 10(best) from BILL. I took the test. I'm an artisian. ESTP. In a related comment: To see if you are sane, take the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Test (III). |
| Jaime | posted 19-Feb-1998 4:52am I don't need to do it, I know my self... |
| jcdino | posted 19-Feb-1998 11:24pm INFP. I think it came out INFJ last time I took it. And I already know I'm not sane, Dolemite ;) |
| Gamera | posted 20-Feb-1998 12:14am ESFP. Do these strings of letters actually mean things to others of you? I mean do you go- "ah gilly's an INFP, figures!" or just huh, look, a sting of letters? |

| Dahlia | posted 22-Feb-1998 9:05pm Well I would have liked to take the test.. too bad the link doesn't seem to work anymore. Maybe next time, eh? |

| laurel | posted 14-Mar-1998 4:08pm INFJ counselor. yeah, right. |
| jefff | posted 15-Mar-1998 2:04pm entp/estp/enfp inventor/promoter/champion (oh brother - feels like D&D - "What are you?" "Oh, I'm a second level thief/fighter/illusionist"). One question made the difference between these three results. How interesting that NT-rationalist, which is the least common "temperment" is so well represented here, while SJ-Guardian, which is the most common (supposedly) is almost absent. Weth is an "I"?!? I don't think so!! |
| joe | posted 18-Mar-1998 12:51am iNFp (Healer Idealist) - not sure what this means. seems about as accurate as zodiac (i'm taurus) - that is, random. here is what they say: "Healers are found in only 1 percent of the general population" hmmmmm i think they have to resurvey |
| elijahblue | posted 23-Mar-1998 12:50am INFP (whatever). I like how you don't have to answer questions that don't seem particularly meaningful to you or about which you don't have a strong opinion. Makes the test way less obnoxious. |
| Lorax | posted 2-May-1998 9:55pm INFJ |
| nbarone | posted 2-May-1998 10:41pm Ok, this test told me i was an ISFP - and artisan/composer. HA! except for getting the fact that i was an introvert, this test totally failed to accurately assess me. although i have a pretty good imagination, and i can create an interesting character or plot for a role-playing game, i am no artist. oh well... |
| Mark | posted 6-May-1998 7:36pm I tend to "score" wildly differently when I take this sort of test mutiple times. This particular time, my full-four letter type was eNTj (you're not the only one anymore, Jimmy!), but I don't believe the description of this personality type fits me particularly well (though the NT one seems pretty accurate). In fact, I think the eNTp is a more accurate description of me. I generally don't categorize well, and prefer not to be categorized, but I took the test and answered the survey anyway. |
| drfutato | posted 11-May-1998 3:34am I'm an INFP. Not a whole lot of us, according to the Kiersey web site. (And fairly accurate in my realm of experience.) But not true given the responses here. I agree that a large part of it is more how we wish to appear, both to ourselves and others. |
| lisashea | posted 12-May-1998 3:52pm I was an idealist teacher: ENFJ |
| daver | posted 14-May-1998 8:45pm INTP...this is the third time I've taken one of these. Two INTP's and one INTJ. I have no idea what it means... |
| lelle | posted 15-May-1998 9:04am ENTP -- inventor |
| reality | posted 22-May-1998 4:35pm INTP: perhaps. it isn't exactly right, but it has hit a lot of how I look at things. |
| lizzie | posted 12-Jun-1998 2:55pm I am an ISTJ, Inspector Guardian. I don't like the description that is at this site, but I found another one for ISTJ that fits me much better somewhere else. It's at my home page. |
| BadtzMaru | posted 28-Jun-1998 7:58am INFP.........but my F (feeling) is close to being a T (thinking). My N (intuitive) part is very high. |
| dpolicar | posted 7-Aug-1998 4:54pm NF, though I've taken similar tests where I come out NT. BTW, the implicit assumption in several of the questions on the sorter that listening and talking are mutually exclusive sorta annoy me. |
