Yeah, that's me, just after I threw a poopy pair of pants in the corner. As soon as I'm done typing this, which is what I am doing in the pic, as soon as I'm done, I'm gonna be looking for a fresh pair, so get ready & hide 'em good cuz I'm sneaky!!

Hey! All of you other guys and gals like me who are getting "long-in-the-tooth". Remember those nude calendars featuring that obese girl in the early or mid 70's? Was her name Bridgette? This guy should find a girlfriend and make a "Big Nudes Of The Month" calendar and he'll be a millionaire in a year's time just like she did and retired early to Florida in a trailerpark retirement community.

I agree. I think this person has bypassed what most would consider being morbidly obese.

I have learned that people look a lot different outside of their clothes. You really don't get the idea of what a person's weight is until you and THEY have seen themselves naked. I treat the person with the same respect but there is the practical side obesity. The roll of fat that hangs from the lower abdomen covering the pubic area is called an apron & often people at this point have difficulty just keeping clean. If they are mobile they can wash, use a handheld shower head. If they are, which is often the case, unable to move physically to clean properly those areas don't get clean. You have chaffing, yeast infection, bacterial infection, ulcers under breasts, under the apron under the arms. Just daily hygiene begins to be a two person job. I have taken care of a couple patients when I needed other nurseS to hold up the apron while washed the skin & put ointment on, or gauze to soak up the ooze & sweat.

I've worked as a nurse's aide in a nursing home in the past and we had one woman who had an "apron". She wasn't senile or anything, but also wasn't all that interested in maintaining good personal hygiene either. It generally took two of the aides to bath her and when one of us would lift up her "apron" to bathe her there, the smell nearly knocked you over. The sad thing is that this woman was a retired nurse, so she knew the importance of personal hygiene, but no longer cared how she looked or smelled. Her nickname at the nursing home was "Dragon Lady" because she had long fingernails painted with bright red fingernail polish, but the area under the nails was encrusted with dirt.
