It should at least have an email address, web address, CONTACT INFORMATION - like a customer service department and phone number. Addresses are not always important if you're doing business over the net, unless you're sending THEM something. But phone numbers are always important. I always want a phone number for my records. Emails are great, but if something goes wrong - I want another method of contact. |

I think a toll-free phone number and a website are the best options; those are what I like to use. I also like retail outlets for a lot of things, though. Fax I'm not interested in; e-mail is nice for some things but not necessary all the time. |

Duhh, where's the choice for "all of them"?
MOST important is being able to find the damn contact info. It totally pisses me off on websites when it is apparent they don't want you to find out how to contact them.
For example, try finding out how to contact anyone at eBay.com. You have to go througha maze of other web pages, attempts to answer you with FAQ's, then if you email them you get a "canned" response. And, they never take action if you have a complaint against a seller or buyer. |

It depends on the business. If it's local, then a physical address and phone number and I'm happy. If it's an online business then a website, email address, and phone number are good. |

Other: It depends on the buisiness transaction. Obviously more information is required to buy a home than a pack of gum. |

Whatever they've got. No point in keeping secrets. I would probably never use their mailing address, or their toll free fax number, but if they have one, it would be silly not to make it available. |

All except fax numbers. Since I don't do faxes, I don't care. I mean, if you have no access to a fax machine, you don't really miss it. For my own personal use, I would prefer to contact a company only at its email address and website, unless I came into the company in person for some reason -- like if it was local. But everyone should definitely always have access to a company's phone numbers, physical address and mailing address if different from physical address. |

Everything, except the physical address, but now that I think of it, any way of contact should be available. |

If they aren't online at this point in time I'm not interested in dealing with them. |
