If everyone was a cannibal would we have human farms?

Someone help me figure out why I found this humorous.

Unsure. All I know is that my friendship circle would be very, very small. lol
Regarding to the possible scenario, I couldn't see why not. Although hypothetical, a world food crisis could bring that said scene to life.

It wouldn't surprise me if t did happen.

I think that, given enough time, the masses could be convinced that cannibalism is an okay thing. Someone could justify it by saying that man has made such a mess of our natural resources, that all other animals are endangered, therefore we have to eat each other to prevent our natural capital from going extinct.

Probably - given that we're cannibals but if they're non-verbal, does this mean they're somehow inferior to us? Stupid? If so, that would ease our minds...

I don't know. Although if they were naked they might freeze to death.

It would largly depend on if people were exclusivly cannibals or if they could eat other things as substitutes. If not, this would bound to create an underclass of people, possibly on the basis of race or ethnicity. It would make the civil rights struggle quite interesting.

Given the scenario described, methods of food production would be mandatory.

Well it's not that they're inferior to us....(Ok well maybe a little.) When I say non-verbal...I mean they can't speak languages.....and they can't because we haven't taught them how.....why wouldn't we? well...I don't remember every trying to teach a chicken or a cow to speak english........It would be almost pointless.....so I guess knowing that they can't verbalize what they are thinking as we slaughter them would ease our minds....It would be like they are a completely different creature than the people that have "normal lives."

In Spain, they told me most of the beef there is veal because they don't have time/resources to grow cattle to adulthood.

Humans, unlike chickens, are wired for speech so not teaching them our language won't keep them from communicating. I think they'd have to be stupid for this to work, stupid like chickens...
