No, that actually came from a couple jobs I had years ago before I quit working for others. I had a job with the State inspecting rock for asphalt and concrete mixes that was to be used on State roads and I had a job driling and blasting rock ledges in rock quarrys. Hince the name ROCKMAN, it just stuck.  |

I sure hope I'm back for good, ROCKMAN! When my cpu went belly up, I was in the midst of answering my own survey! I got 3 through qual and was proud as punch, then whammo, down the tubes!
It was a simple on/off switch that failed, but caused me major problems in dealing with it... money, transportation to the shop, hang ups with the shop, etc... they did do a free upgrade to Windows 200 Pro, but when I got the cpu back, I couldn't type anything in a Microsoft opened field... ie, Internet Explorer or Outlook Express. Hours of phone calls later, Comcast suggested I switch to Mozilla Firefox, and been happy as a clam ever since. |
