It's real. I put a fake name on my account info though, since I don't like to give out my real first and last name online.
Lizabeth

I don't use my real name on here - well, not really. My real name is very close to my nickname, though - it's Lisa. As for why I chose Lizabeth, my Dad calls me Lizzy all the time as a joke.

mandy is a totally original concept. A pure form of free flowing original thought that came to me from somewhere deep inside my subconscious mind during my one and only experience with illegal substances(Yes, more than one). I heard the word mandy over and over and over again as I felt my body turn totally inside out. I was 15 years old.

Mandy is my real name. My nicknames change frequently. I've had _Rob_Zombie_, Rhiannon, Cleo4eva, RESIDENT_PAIN, and a few others. Each of them shows one of my personalities ;)

You don't want to know. It's a long-short story.
Pomeranian
posted 16-May-1999 11:05pm
At the time I started using SC, my roomate and I had a running joke about the pet dog Scully had for a few episodes on "The X-Files". Of course, the pet dog was a Pomeranian (named Queeqeq) and the nickname was a nod to that.

*sob* and we all know the fate poor Queeqeq met....

I didn't exactly come up with it, I just like the word and thought it seemed kind of appropriate :)

Melville's Queeqeq didn't fair much better than Scully's dog...

This survey really could have used a couple of options to go along with the essay, e.g. "I use a name other than my real name", and "I don't use a name other than my real name". For the record, I use my real name on SC.
grmbrand

grmbrand = the name of an AD&D character that has existed in a number of other alternate universii since then:
* Shadowrun
* Runequest
* The techno-biological fold (my own little world)
* The WPI gweepverse (in a general sense, not a full-fledged member of gweepco)
* Survey Central

"fooyun" is phonetic Cantonese for either: 1) a strict and traditional way of introducing someone's wife, like calling her "Madam So-and-So," or 2) a brothel madam. I just like the sound of the word.

Mine's kind of a twist on my real name. First name + last initial (Sue B.) and stole the rest from the commercials for honey. Although I didn't come up with it myself.

MSG is my initials. It's also an abbreviation for "message". Therefore, my alias reads "Messageman". It's a bit of an in-joke that I'm not going to bother explaining further * smile *
