  Have you ever had a joyful adrenaline rush for no reason?

By joyful adrenaline rush, I mean the kind of feeling you get upon good things happening, like winning a contest.

Only nothing happened. You just get the joy from nowhere.

Yes, every day. But it doesn't exactly come from nowhere. It happens every morning while I'm driving to work, almost 30 minutes exactly after taking my morning dose of Ritalin. Just in time for the winding mountain road.
