| CarolL | posted 7-Jul-2005 1:54pm Orange. I like orange but it does nothing for me. Yellow-based red isn't very good, either. Blue-based red is good, though. I don't have much pink that isn't pj's either. |

I LOVE yellow! It's so me! So sun shiny like. |
| Cleo | (reply to darkshadowsseeker) posted 7-Jul-2005 7:13pm > Red...it looks terrible on me.
I love to wear red!! Red & black, red & yellow, red & white, red white & blue. Just kidding about the red white & blue. Least I didn't say red & green! BUT seriously I love to wear this color. Just don't want my house painted this color or my carpets either! David & I used to fight a LOT when we had red carpet in our old house. Bad color for a house. It's really an angry color. & if we ever get the original camera developed you will see me in the color RED! |
| Cleo | (reply to Jody) posted 7-Jul-2005 7:25pm > Chartreuse, lime green, avocado, cantaloupe, and any day-glo/neon
> colors... Haaa! I know what you mean about the Chartreuse & avocado. Those are colors more suited for fruits & veggies. However, I do love the lime green & cantaloupe colors. In fact I just bought those two colors last week at Wal-mart to use for work. So far no complaints from the co-workers about those colors. BUT, I did get a snide remark about my bright "sun shine yellow" blouse last week. The color that I wore to work is just like the smiley face color here----> Mmmmmmmm all this talk about food has got me hungry for a burrito with extra avocado. runs out the door to drive to Taco Bell |

I have a bright orange shirt (that I bought along with a full colors of a rainbow selection of shirts last week from Wal-mart) But, I haven't even worn yet. I'm saving it for when I have to work on Halloween night. Least they'll be able to see me coming that night. I also have a cantaloupe color shirt too. |
| Cleo | (reply to caviartaste) posted 7-Jul-2005 7:43pm > I LOVE orange!! I seek out orange and melon type colors to wear......
Me too!! I love warm color clothing BUT only recently in my old age. Only recently I've ventured into the light. yes it's a pun But, then I've always loved these warm sunshine colors. Just never wanted to wear them. Red is a Chinese good luck color, so I wear that a lot when I go gambling. I also love red & yellows too! I just don't buy grey, avocado & squish catapillar green! I even like day glow colors. With black it looks hot!! |

> rest of these colors you mentioned is because they are odd....I like > odd colors....not everyday boring primaries...I am wearing a sea-foam > green shirt today. Sea-foam green?? I LOVE this color!! I had an evening gown with a crochet spider web just under the breast, into the belly part, down to the navel of the dress. It was HOT!!! I loved it so much. One day I took it to work to change into so my friend & I could go night clubing with after work, so I hung it up in the restroom where all the strippers hung their clothe (no I wasn't a stripper, I was a cocktail waitress)& at the end of my shift it was gone! I was pissed! I was so pissed!! That dress back then (1973/74) cost me $50.00 & that was expensive for that time. Never seen a gown like it again..... ever! I miss that gown! It was so hot looking. & the material was so flowing that it flattered my figure back then. It was an absolutely beautiful gown. |

Like ELVIS!! I love that guy he wasn't afraid to experiment with the color pink. Oh & maybe that be "Fubu Pink" as well? |

I think it's pretty darn close. |
| Cleo | (reply to justjulie) posted 7-Jul-2005 8:12pm > skin tone color...also i don't really wear white
Is that like brown, black, red, white & yellow? Just kidding! But, you gotta admit those are colors that would've described a persons race back in pre 80's. I don't like tan colors. They're so wishy washy. If you know what I mean. |

| Galomorro | posted 7-Jul-2005 8:26pm White and pink. I may have to wear white, however, because I plan to have a photo T-shirt made up (or more than one) and the photosharing org does not have colors other than white. I don't like white because I get it dirty too easily. Don't care for the color pink. |
| they | posted 7-Jul-2005 9:04pm No, but I don't own anything pink or yellow now that I think about it... Most of my clothes are dark. |
| Iseult | posted 7-Jul-2005 10:10pm Almost none, unless I'm already wearing a certain colour with which the other one won't match.
Nevertheless I am not too fond of shiny stuff, red, blue, and purple. I see a lot of people dislike yellow. I used to hate that colour, and I still do, but it just looks so good on me. |
| Iseult | (reply to Zang) posted 7-Jul-2005 10:10pm Was it you that long ago made a survey about whether one would have enough yellow clothes to wear for work? |
| darkshadowsseeker | (reply to Cleo) posted 7-Jul-2005 11:35pm Yeah....if! I've given up on that camera. I look fine in most shades of blue, green, brown, just not red. |

| thevelvetcure | (reply to Cleo) posted 8-Jul-2005 12:00pm Actually I wouldn't be opposed to that outfit, as it is very classy, but no wing-tipped collars. If it's a bright pink, it probably wouldn't look good at all, but a softer pink, one step above pastel, I'd go for. |
