How did this get past qual??
Where's the choices for "I don't have a favorite", "None", etc?
What are we answering here??? Favorite for what reason? As a spectator or a participant?

I would answer "None" as a spectator. I don't watch sports. Borriiiingggg.
I don't play sports either. Years ago in college I played tennis 3-4 times a week. Haven't done anything since.

River Rats, huh... I LOVE it. Rugby's a tough sport. Use to watch them practice at Green Lake, across from the photo lab.

About my football background... my father played football for Columbia the only year they went to the Rosebowl and WON He was some kind of running back.(mid 30's, he played semi-pro after that, then The Aleutians in 1941)

Watching sports on the news, we always waited to see how bad Columbia lost... father always had his usual funny crossed eyed look at the dismal final score... it was a lifelong family joke! He did a little dance when they won. Needless to say, he didn't have to get up very often.

I grew up with him doing the play by play... and it was ditto for boxing... he was Golden Gloves, so for that, I had the "Gillette Blue Blade's Sunday Night Fights." They were on after "You Asked For It," a favorites of my elementary years... as you can imagine, we loved "Wide World of Sports" when it started.

I sure appreciate my knowledge now.

Rugby. That's Rugby League, not the 'get the ball-kick the ball out of play-line out-scrum-kick the ball out of play-line out-penalty-3 points-kick off-get the ball-kick the ball out of play-repeat until everyone dies of boredom' union version. I'm really losing interest in football (soccer if you're american) and most US sports are just plain dull (US football, 1 hour of play and 2 hours of commercial breaks).

I love basketball. I'm not all that good at it anymore but I still love it.

This is a pretty cool site. Do you any of you take surveys and actually get paid for your opinions every time? I make a decent amount of money a month answering questions about sports, new products and advertising and all kinds of other interesting stuff. There are a lot of companies out there that do that. Just thought I would throw that out in case you'all don't know about that possibility. Here is a link to one of my favorites: http://globaltestmarket.com/join.php?lang=E&p=mark... E-Rewards is pretty good too.
