It's got to be a scam. I know because I used to be in telemarketing and would ring people up to tell them that they'd won holidays that they hadn't won. *frown*

Probably back in the days of naievity, and the first pop up ads were showing up...yes, there was a day once when ever pop up was intentional and provide information.

you know, if there's anyone on survey central you want to ignore... not see comments from anymore... you can make a list of the usernames to ignore just by clicking on the Customize option in the rows of options at the top. Just in case you ever want to do that for any reason... *wink*

I did it just for fun though and just to see what the catch was. Turns out you have to jump thourgh various hoops and loops and sign up for bullcrap, and its very time consuming and you lose a good bit of your privacy (supposedly)

Absolutely not. Anything won in a scam like that will come with viruses, trojans, spies, and worms, not to mention cookies and pop-ups.
