| Updown | posted 4-Mar-2005 1:39pm I completed one last Friday (Feb 25th). I work them all the time, but I usually get stuck on an author's name and the ancient god pie-making. I am always missing one vowel, and I would have to guess. So I generally leave them 99% complete. |
| LindaH | posted 4-Mar-2005 1:50pm Yes, all the time |
| Biggles | posted 4-Mar-2005 2:02pm On numerous occasions. Quick crosswords are easier than cryptic ones - but I'm slowly learning! |
| Enheduanna | posted 4-Mar-2005 2:14pm Fairly frequently. Although less now that I don't get the Sunday paper. |
| dab | posted 4-Mar-2005 3:24pm I've tried once or twice and never finished one. |
| icurok | posted 4-Mar-2005 3:48pm Yes, I do two crosswords everyday. 1 quick and 1 cryptic. |
| Cain | posted 4-Mar-2005 4:31pm Yeah, I often complete them. But it tends to be the one in the local newspaper rather than The Times! |
| juliw | posted 4-Mar-2005 5:57pm Yes, many times. I tend to prefer other types of pencil puzzles and word games, though. |
| darkshadowsseeker | posted 4-Mar-2005 8:38pm I do crosswords from time to time, but I prefer search-a-word puzzles. |
| Matty | posted 4-Mar-2005 9:20pm no, i've started a few, but never stick with it for very long; I get bored. |

| romkey | posted 4-Mar-2005 10:51pm I've completed them when I've tried. I'm not very interested in them. |
| Jemmy | posted 4-Mar-2005 10:57pm Sometimes. Usually in people magazine or something. |
| bill | posted 5-Mar-2005 7:18am I do easy ones. I suck at the hard ones. I picked up a book of crosswords while traveling. It was New York Times crossword puzzles. I got the easiest, Monday's. ...and, I still had trouble completing them. Though, they are fun. |
| Amanda | posted 5-Mar-2005 5:40pm Sometimes. |
| Dino | posted 5-Mar-2005 6:30pm Only the easy ones in the magazine that comes with the Sunday tabloids. |
| gambler | posted 5-Mar-2005 6:43pm I can sometimes, sums it up for me perfectly |
| caviartaste | posted 6-Mar-2005 8:45am yeah, sometimes...depends on if they're the mind-bender types or not... |
| Starfish | posted 7-Mar-2005 8:50am I was well proud, I did two in one day the other day. Pretty exciting. |
| autumnlight | posted 7-Mar-2005 10:08am Yes, I usually need my dad's help though. He is a crossword genius. |
| EnlightenMe | posted 7-Mar-2005 3:25pm I complete them daily, AND I USE A PEN TOO! |
| southernyankee | posted 8-Mar-2005 12:37am I came close once, but I only tried that one time. I really do tend to believe that I have better things to do with my time. btw: Its not for geeks, cause those better things usually tend to be even more geekier than that. btw: does anybody know where I can find coldata0.dll by any chance? |
| Zang | posted 10-Mar-2005 2:29am Almost always. Not that I do them very often... |
| patarnone | posted 27-Mar-2005 6:16pm I use to do pretty good on the TV Guide ones. My problem with crosswords are all the obscure words they use to fill in the spaces. I think word games are wonderful, just wish I had a bigger vocabulary off the tip of my pencil. |
