Who is your favorite cereal box character?

I don't particularly like cereal, and I definitely wouldn't choose it on the basis of a cartoon character on it.

I like the idea of this survey, but I just can't imagine doing this. I would always pick based on which cereal I like to eat (not the character). ...and I'd probably fail to pick one in less than 2-3 minutes. I'm having a lot of trouble picking one now.

I'd pick my favorite cereal... I wouldn't base it on cartoon characters.

You forgot the bee from Honey Nut Cheerios. He's my favorite, (and I like the cereal) so thats what I would pick.

I buy cereal for the taste & nutritional content (or lack thereof), not the character.

They should make some womanly cereals. Look, these are all represented by males. Not fair.

I wouldn't sprint to the cereal aisle -- it's not a big thing for me.
And I tend to get whatever's on sale (which usually means the generic
brand or President's Choice).

I liked the Freakies, when they were around. You forgot Frankenberry, Boo-Berry, and Count Chocula, although they kind of bored me. I liked King Vitaman. My favorite was the Super Sugar Crisp bear (none of the golden crisp garbage, I appreciated when cereal names were at least hones!).

Mr. Jones' now defunct Ice Cream cereal. The ice cream was pure sugar, the cones were pure sugar...bring back Mr. Jones! :(

I like Cheerios, Frosted Flakes and Mini-Wheats but I don't even notice the presence or abscence of characters on the boxes. The _only_ time I bought cereal for the character was when they introduced the one with the squirrel (I can't even remember the name now, it had honey and almonds in it, I think -- I liked the cereal, my housemates didn't so much, but I was told we wanted the stuffed squirrel, period).

I like the angst that the rabbit has, although I never eat the cereal!

The cereal I like is cordoned off in its own section, just so its earthy-crunchy-granola-goodness-cooties won't spill off all over the other stuff. I can do most of my grocery shop in that one little section.

The characters on the boxes have nothing to do with which cereal I choose.

Tony the Tiger, but only since I found out that Thurl Ravenscroft, the guy who does his voice, also sang the Grinch song.

generic cereal. of those listed, rice krispies is the only one i'd consider eating.

I don't choose which cereal to buy based on the box design. I pick it because I like the taste.
