| bill | posted 9-Feb-2005 10:56am I shop at Walmart sometimes. I eat typical food. I'm married. |
| ASB | posted 9-Feb-2005 11:06am First I would have to define normal. The only reasonable way I can think to define normal is to compare myself to others. I no longer compare myself to others, I find it very negative either to myself or the others I am comparing myself to. I prefer to think of everyone as equal, no one is less than or more than anyone else. We all just are. We all are special, unique and gifted in our own ways. I find it rarely does anyone any good to put labels on themselves or others. |
| LindaH | posted 9-Feb-2005 11:42am I answered this, and the computer went glitch-o and erased my answer. I don't feel like writing it again, so I decided to write something different instead. Is that normal? |
| Enheduanna | posted 9-Feb-2005 11:45am No thanks. |
| Lahdee | posted 9-Feb-2005 12:05pm I'm normal because I'm reserved and don't draw attention to myself. I am down to Earth and don't try to impress people with certain words or mannerisms. I mind my own business, keep to myself and don't worry about what other people do with their lives. I stay home and tend to my kids and have right priorities. I wear jeans and t-shirts. I try to be civil to everyone and don't make a big fuss or act rude to people in public, even if they don't give me good service. I guess that's pretty normal. |
| icurok | posted 9-Feb-2005 12:22pm I have the normal number of heads, arms, legs and miscellaneous appendages and I have a n... sorry.. I can't do it. |
| cerealkiller | posted 9-Feb-2005 12:30pm Depends on what aspect of 'normal' you are asking for. I guess I live a somewhat 'normal' life - office job, family, house, pets. Wife is still bugging me for the picket fence in front.
Psychologically I'm anything but normal - OCD, psychopath, pervert. |
| cerealkiller | (reply to bill) posted 9-Feb-2005 12:32pm Shopping at Wally's is a sign of being normal? I guess it is. |
| Tazwert | posted 9-Feb-2005 1:15pm I just don't have that much to say about myself. |
| Pomeranian | posted 9-Feb-2005 5:28pm 20 digits and a pulse. |
| jettles | posted 9-Feb-2005 6:39pm i am normal because i can wake each morning, get myself cleaned and dressed, function with others for many many more hours than one would really want to and then make it home(most days) without hurting or maiming anyone. i also maintain a fairly normal relationship with a fairly normal partner......(i don't understand this either). what do you think? how did i do? |
| darkshadowsseeker | posted 9-Feb-2005 6:48pm I'm not normal....I'm abby-normal! |
| Biggles | posted 9-Feb-2005 7:08pm I am not normal - in that way, I am normal. |
| juliw | posted 9-Feb-2005 7:27pm What is normal? I do many things that are quite common, such as housework, having a job, personal grooming, eating, sleeping, pursuing my hobbies...but everyone is unique. |

| southernyankee | posted 9-Feb-2005 8:43pm I dont feel like doing this. Quite frankly, that's in itself a normal response. |
| Jemmy | posted 9-Feb-2005 10:45pm I'm normal because I can't think of a good argument proving otherwise. |
| caviartaste | posted 9-Feb-2005 11:29pm I'm too tired to answer my own survey..... sigh... |

| Dino | posted 11-Feb-2005 6:24pm I am normal because I mess up sometimes. And sometimes I got out and feel like I'm the only one who is different. And because I chase after peace and love and hope.
I am an indie movie - not a glossy movie. |
| wolfchik9 | posted 15-Feb-2005 1:59am I am normal because I am always striving to get more for doing less. It's the way of life. |

Actually, the more I look at it, it really doesn't make any sense. Case dismissed.
Now I can't even convince myself. Jane, get me off this crazy thing!
