yeah. i passed the survey.
um, and the answer is...only if everybody had before me, and i was raised to do so.
half the people i knew growing up (hippies) walked around naked , but i don't.
however if clothes were not the common thing, who knows.

I'm too fat... no one wants to see that. Also, it's pretty cold most of the year where I live.

I'm not sure what the legalities are. I'm more restrained by the temperature and social conditioning than fear of arrest. The primary reason I wear clothing is in consideration for the comfort of those in my company. The secondary consideration would be warmth. I don't believe that the fear of arrest even factors in to it.

It techinically is legal to be nude in public in California but you only see it for marathon races. There was a college student at Berkeley who never wore clothes.

No as I'm far too fat to do this to other people except at a nudist colony. I have nude there, of course, but it's not legal to be completely nude in public in my area, however it is legal for both genders to be topless in Eugene. At any rate, with the current weather which consists of cold temperatures, fog and rain (it's Oregon after all), my arthritis wouldn't let me run around nude. I would be in too much discomfort from the cold air and besides, we have a dress code at work..we are required to be fully clothed at all times!

It depends. I'd certainly opt to go naked at a beach. I've done this before and would have no qualms about doing it again. But I can't see the point in being naked whilst shopping in the high street. Where would I keep my spare change?

I've only ever been arrested twice. Both times were in the 1970s. Neither resulted in formal charges or a conviction. I'm actually pretty well behaved. I don't need laws to do that.

I can't, but I don't get the impression that he's the type to have dual accounts. A lot of newbies ignore nitpicks and needs work votes because they are new to qualification and don't realize that they shouldn't ignore suggestions to make their surveys better.

I was just a teenager. I don't know that it had much to do with "hippie days". One arrest was for possession of three joints the other was for curfew violation. I'm pretty sure I've told both stories here before. Here they are:

see, I figured that someone who has never been arrested as an adult and only twice in his entire lifetime would probabbly be very apprehensive about getting arrested again (as opposed to someone who been cuffed a number of times). I am surprised you wouldnt be aprehensive about it at all, I know I would.

You live in a nation with a much much higher rate of incarceration. It probably makes sense that you are more aware of such things.

I have to have a criminal record check to do the work I do. I need a new one every time I change jobs. I suppose I should be more concerned. I'm pretty sure that walking around nude isn't a major crime around here anyway. I'd venture to say that if I walked out the door nude right now and ran into a cop, he'd probably tell me to go home and put some clothes on. I'd only get arrested if I didn't acquiesce.

Why would I subject everybody to seeing such a horrifying sight as me? Tis would be un-ethical!

Oh, I just looked it up. In the US, the incarceration rate is 702 inmates per 100,000 population. In Canada the number would only be 116.

I wouldn't go all the way naked for two reasons:
1.Im so shy i could only strip down to my underwear.
2.It's so cold were i live i would shrink up!LOL

I have to qualify that "yes" with -- usually it's too cold (Oregon, you know). But being naked in public is no problem at all for me (I work as a nude figure model). Undressed feels like the most natural thing in the world.

Can't wait for it to be legal! The only thing stopping me is the fear of being arrested!
