I was yawning a lot in the library earlier. I was reading about biostatistics and it was very dull. |

We must have more hermaphrodites and transexuals than I thought! |

Ah.... I never thought of that possibility |

Nah, there's just bunch of people who don't know what y-chromosome possessing means. I had to look it up. |

Young at heart! |

(in high pitched voice) Miss.. I think lost my y chromosome. I let Adam hold it in double maths and he didn't give it back!" |
| Biggles | | (reply to icurok) posted 6-Sep-2004 2:09pm |
And you wonder how caviartaste got certain ideas about you? |
icurok | | (reply to Biggles) posted 6-Sep-2004 2:11pm |
So you think I have a 'gay' sense of humour do you? |
| Biggles | | (reply to icurok) posted 6-Sep-2004 2:14pm |
I think there aren't many men who would let Adam hold their y chromosome is all.... |
icurok | | (reply to Biggles) posted 6-Sep-2004 2:22pm |
What I let a man hold largely depends on it's location and the number of clothes I'd have to remove in order to expose it.
I don't know why I said Adam specifically. I think it was supposed to be a sly reference to this book:

Brian Sykes - what a guy! |
icurok |
Hmm.. biased much |
| Biggles | | (reply to icurok) posted 6-Sep-2004 2:41pm |
I got asked about him in an interview but had never heard of him |
icurok | | (reply to Biggles) posted 6-Sep-2004 2:54pm |
I was under the impression that the Oxbridge interview process is there to determine not so much what you know, but how you react to not knowing. Also how you react to difficult questioning. How you react, not necessarily the answer you give determines whether you're the 'right' kind of person they're looking for.
When I was 17, a girl in the upper sixth had an interview... oh sod it, I've told you this before! Is repetition a sign of old age? |

Of dementia. |
icurok | | (reply to Biggles) posted 6-Sep-2004 4:56pm |
That is one of my fears, that should there be another SC meetup in the UK and I manage to attend, I won't remember what I've already told you. |
| Biggles | | (reply to icurok) posted 6-Sep-2004 5:48pm |
You said that already |
icurok | | (reply to Biggles) posted 6-Sep-2004 6:03pm |
Just promise me you'll find me a nice home to stay in. Nothing that's been featured on Watchdog. |
| Biggles | | (reply to icurok) posted 6-Sep-2004 6:10pm |
You mean, you don't *want* scalding hot baths or middle aged women slapping you around? |
icurok | | (reply to Biggles) posted 6-Sep-2004 6:30pm |
Well... I don't want scalding hot baths . |
| Biggles | | (reply to icurok) posted 6-Sep-2004 6:32pm |
How did I know that would be the answer you gave?
Middle aged women - they must seem like youngsters to you... |
