Yes. It's great when it's hot out, because it's like a little blast of cool.

i've never noticed, but i would say probably not. never sneeze? never get goose bumps? no nose or skin? ok... |

Yes, sometimes. But tonight I drove through some pretty cool misty fog and I got goose bumps/chills twice...felt as if I drove through more than just fog...still can't figure it out. |
