I also liked the muppet that went "Munnah Munnah" (patiki tiki)....kind of a precursor to Animal in some ways. And I'm sorry Miss Piggy and Rowlf wound up on the same line!

I like most of the above, there is one that I don't think is listed. The magician, and I can't even think of his name. Also Don Music, I remember if he couldn't find an ending to a certain song, he would smash his head on the piano.

I like several of them, but BEAKER is my all time favorite!

Was it the magician who said used the magic word "A la peanut butter sandwiches"? I remember him! A web site turned up his name - the Amazing Mumford. And some more characters I forgot (darn it) - Herbert Birdsfoot, Roosevelt Franklin, Harry Monster, Sherlock Hemlock, and the purple-bearded two-headed monster.

Animal--I always enjoyed his drums... On a different note, a lot of these are not Muppets.

I thought all of Jim Henson's creations were known as muppets? Or his studio anyway since he's dead now.

I missed seeing Yoda, but you're right...I didn't think he was a Jim Henson creation. Not sure about Sesame Street - I wouldn't knowif any of the things on the list were from that.
