Especially if it's samples at the grocery store.

Depends, some things aren't 'free', like free stuff just used to try to sell you something else.

I could take it or leave it. I'm thinking of promotional giveaway items here. A lot of free stuff is crap, though I've got a few things I occasionally use that I got for free. I hate wearing giveaway T-shirts. Whenever anyone is giving those away I think "Yay! A new dust rag!"

I like it depending on whether or not I have a use for it. What good is getting something for free if you don't have a use for it?

Love it. I look for free stuff every day, anything from a penny on the street to bags of free clothes, etc. left out on the street because the owners want to get rid of it and hate to just toss it in the trash. I've had good luck with finding various freebies, including books people no longer want to keep and put out on the sidewalk or in the laundromat. I have done the same with unwantables myself. There's a thrift shop here that has a "free box" where they put oddities (usually not clothes though) they don't think will sell out for whoever passes by and looks in it. Next to "free" is a dollar-a-piece mostly parking lot sale that I and others attend the first Saturday of the month at a certain popular thrift shop here-this one's a hoot.

I love free stuff!!! Even if I don't need it I am sure I will know someone who will!!! Free stuff is fun to get and keep or give away!!! * grin * I find myself excited about stuff because it is free. I sign up for free samples online and belong to a yahoo group called Freecycle (Cincinnati) where people post things in a forum that they want to give away. We have received a lot of free cool stuff from this group. In fact, we are getting free haircuts on Sunday * grin * I have and plan to use free stuff to increase the value of my home. Almost free stuff can be cool too. Like buy one get one sales. Cheap stuff is almost as good. I love thrift stores and flea markets!!! Garage and yard sales are great as well * grin * Sometimes peoples garbage hold treasures!!! I have got lots of cool stuff from all these places at one time or another.

I LOVE free stuff!! It's so cool. I get massive quantities of products at my job.. even though I don't use much of it and I give most of it away, I have so much fun with it. It's half the reason I still work there.

I love give-away t-shirts....I cut a v-neck in the collar of them and wear them around the house to clean, do yard work, paint, eat crawfish or anything else that I wouldn't want to ruin a t-shirt that I paid good money for.

The haircuts were great! We had no idea how pampered we were going to be * grin * We went in she gave us shirts to change into so we would not get anything on our shirts. She offered us drinks and snacks. Told us to take our shoes off and put our feet up if we wanted. Her chairs had heat and massage in the back of them. She had scented candles burning and relaxation music playing. For the shampoo portion she dimmed the lights. Then after our hair was clean and conditioned she gave us a neck rub and put hot towels on our neck and face. Then she cut our hair. We were both extremely happy with our haircuts and we left so relaxed we yawned all the way home * grin *
