Are you obsessed about a certain number or numbers?

Stephen king is obsessed with 13. Jerry Seinfeld, the number 9. Me, 47. Is there any number that you would say seems to control your actions (i.e. the way Stephen King can not stay at any hotel with a 13th floor)?

Could have added common numbers like 3 and 7 and perhaps number ranges like 11-20, 21-30 etc. etc.?

What, you want to know about
my obsession with numbers?
Truly, where should I begin!?
Here is a pleasant web site:

Amazing Number Twenty-Two

Be warned however that it's
just the tip of the iceberg!

I like the number 13 a lot.. but I really like 3.

A friend of mine's lucky number is 47, it's odd that you mentioned that one.

Geeky people tend to be obsessed with the numbers 42 and 23. Seven seems to go over well as well. I tend to like to make a particular number prominent in my writing, but I choose different a number each time depending on what works.

but I'm not obsessed; they're just the number I'll pick if I'm reaching for a random 2-digit number.

3 and 5. I don't know why, either.

I like the number 12, but it doesn't control me nor do I "obsess" over it. If I get my choice of jersey numbers, that's the one I pick.

I really *like* the number 3, but it's not even approaching obsession.

I'm surprised that I'm not seeing '69' by your name, mandy, it seems like an opportunity that you couldn't quite pass up... * wry smile *
