Actually it's a very ample, Indian cotton skirt worn as a dress and Ben was blowing air with a fan underneath it to take the picture! I cropped it because the skirt was wrinkled!! (and see through!)

That's pretty much my summer attire. Funny you noticed them, most people don't. Prolly cuz I talk about it more here. Although when people do ask me when I'm out and about I have no problems having a discussion about it. And... you noticed the pantyhose but not the COOL FORD TRUCK that I built?

Thanks. It took me two years to turn it from an old rusty hunk of junk to what it is today. It was lots of fun. Expensive, but fun. It's nice to stand back and say I did everything myself.

Actually, it's not for sale anymore...

This is the picture taken by our local used car magazine and I only got 2 calls from the ad! Now there's too much mileage on it to get a decent price for it, so we decided to keep it. The only thing I like about it is that it's paid for!!

My whole family is anti-Ford and this attitude has been going on for years. When I bought it; my sister looked at it and said; "You bought a Ford??" like I had betrayed the family or something.
I'm the one who feels betrayed!

Nothing but electrical problems, little things going wrong all the time. I had to rewire most of it a few months ago, you should have seen how corroded some of the wires were! No wonder I had so many problems. You'd think that they'd put decent wiring with the price they ask for these cars!!

Do your wipers go on and off by themselves too??

BTW... Who the heck is that John K guy? He sure has a lot of friends...

As a matter of fact the windshield wipers did go on by themselves on a long trip that we took. It never happened after that. I came up with the theory that condensation from the a/c dripped on a exposed wire and made them act all funny. We told the kids the car was possessed!!!
